What people don't understand about business is every mid level company faces same problem that is economics of scale. The funniest thing in this whole clip is the zoom in on Dennis's fading expression at 11:05, as though he had no idea what the presenter was talking about when he said that his pitch was "faltering" to begin with, or possibly he had forgotten all about and was slowly experiencing Vietnam style flashbacks.

I hate people like this man. He’s all fun and games until you try to talk to him and he can’t be bothered to listen or take on criticism. He’s been in charge for too long at his job that he just can’t quite humble himself enough. Which in the end i think he got a reality check.

I got the vibe he was from a different generation.. he he was a tad passive aggressive to Deborah, didn't seem to appreciate being advised about sport & business from a woman. He chose Deborah's sample, danced around her questions then when she tried to meet him half way ("you're charming") he said "let's not go choosing curtains together".. just, wtf? Could you imagine this man saying the same phrase to one of the other dragons? Highly unlikely..
