This guy is so entertaining to watch, hilarious. I'm currently saving my pennies in my casual job so start a Cert IV in Real Estate, it's something I've always wanted to do but kept putting off because I had a terrible work ethic and wanted the money handed to me on a silver platter. I've since delt with some very rough times physically and mentally and it's given me a new found drive to do the hard yards and give everything I have towards what I'm doing. I'm excited to start the long enduring process into Real Estate!

If I was fresh and had to find listings fast I'd look closely at houses that had been on the market for an extended period of time and trigger discussions with experienced people as to why. Some vendors need to be convinced 'Your place is too dear" or "Your photos make your house look like it's a dark bolt-hole." After extended periods on the market, vendors are getting disillusioned and desperate, they want John Wayne to ride in on a big white stallion and make everything ok. I'd be making like The Duke.

Oh no about the tow bar. Same company, different location fitted a tow bar to our new BMW recently and what a disaster. Ended up doing it for zero dollars. Make sure your tail gate isn’t rubbing on the bumper and all the location screw’s and grommets have been put back in. Otherwise love your work.
