What I'm saying is that we all have a lot of codeless tools but on the service truck you still have to run an air compressor. Look at the room that could be free up by not having an air compressor on the truck.

Definitely need more Packout. A 3 Drawer unit like the new 48-22-8447 with wheels+handle would be great. Sacrifice some of that tall lower drawer space (using bottom sliders, while still being able to fit a couple decent size M12 or M18 tools) and you've got yourself a winner, Milwaukee. Hire me! Having to take everything off to get inside a rolling base unit isn't the best.

The big power station really needs a packout solar panel and wind turbine charging kit. Even a portable water turbine for throwing increeks to charge it would make it nice. And maybe worth 5k

Solar connector and built in controller would have given this unit a lot more versatility no question. Pretty common on other high end units. Otherwise we think this really is a great addition for Milwaukee to use as your packout base!

@5:00 The presence of the Low Pro handle is certainly appreciated, but the Rolling Toolbox itself warrants a complete redesign! It would be highly advantageous to offer two distinct versions: the standard edition featuring the new Low Pro handle and a secondary iteration in which the top remains sealed, adopting a drawer-style configuration. This would enable the placement of Packout drawer sets atop the toolbox, while preserving the utility of its base within the setup. My frustration primarily stems from the problems with the Packout 2-wheel Cart, which unfortunately doesn't meet expectations. It's just not sturdy enough and it's difficult to move because of the steel base. Even when I try to make small adjustments or turn it slightly, it gets stuck on the concrete instead of moving smoothly. To make matters worse, it's now started to rust, adding to my annoyance. Clearly, the high price they're asking for doesn't match the product's worth.

Here’s my only gripe with Milwaukee: why is everything so STUPIDLY expensive? I get it, everything is very high quality and they spend lots of money and time engineering the products, and for that I respect them as a company. But *5 grand* for a packout power supply? That’s utterly ridiculous to me. I’m guessing the new pan out drawers will be $180-$200, and with how much I’ve spent on packout it’s becoming obsolete and I would love to see some kind of recycling/credit program, trade in old packout and get new ones with a discount.

The milwaukee roll on generator with a price of 4500 or 5500 sounds crazy when you can buy a bluetti ac300 with 3000 watt Continuous or 6000 W surge with 3000 watt hours for 2600 dollars or go bigger with the ac500 that has 5000 watt continuous and 10000 watt surge with 3000 watt hours for 4600 dollars and theese can be doubled for 240v you can add expansion batteries and there 1 of the best solar generators companies. That milwaukee needs to be down around 3000 dollars and let's hope it has good solar input and features to expand battery watt hours. I love all my milwaukee tools but THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND TAKE FOREVER TO RELEASE HALF OF THE COOL STUFF THE CHEAPER COMPANIES DO.... SO SORRY FOR RANTING

Good thoughts, we were surprised to see this have a totally internal battery from Milwaukee which does open it up for direct comparison to other similar options. With those new 12.0 MX batteries surprised we didn’t see a 6 or 8 bay power power unit that would still be expensive but adds the flexibility to use those batteries in lots of other ways as well as accumulate batteries first then buy the power unit later without the batteries for a much lower price. We’ll see how it does, it’s Milwaukee they will get a premium but also can reduce price if that is the only complaint. Rant answered with another rant!

I would love them to make a battery operated chisel just like the air chisel it would make my life a whole lot easier as a mobile mechanic so i don't have to go over weight on my van with a compressor as well as a gen set to power it as the cordless compressor hasn't got the beans to keep going with the air chisel plus i am all battery tools so no need for a compressor just for the air chisel.

How does the new rotary tool have more power? The previous model has 35000 rpm compared to the new one at only 27500 rpm.

No load RPM is sometimes the enemy of torque. We’ve seen that in circular saws for years. A true wormdrive saw has lower no load RPM but way more power. Since RPM is only number they give it looks wrong but if they provided Peak Watt Output our guess would be this one is higher.

The blowers seemed underwhelming. Since i use the ego 765 cfm model istill want more power. Cat recently made an 800cfm handheld blower. I could use 900 to 1000 cfm for most of my jobsite cleanups. Using an ego 765 i frequently clear gravel off parking lots. dirt and wood chip residue out of dump bed trailers. Dust and dirt covered skid steers. 2x4x up to 12" long debris being blown into a single wood pile. Up to 3" of snow off sidewalks and vehicles and roofs. The only way I would invest in another Milwaukee blower is if they made a 800 cfm + edition.

EGO is a beast, they said they could have made a more powerful handheld but the force will likely cause long term damage to user wrist/arm and we believe it. Over 800cfm better to do a backpack or they'll need to figure out some other way to support it with like a forearm brace. Also we'd like to see some more comprehensive head to head testing, sometimes the numbers can be manipulated, higher CFM from brand to brand doesn't always equal more moving force if their marketing team gets involved.

Don't get me wrong, I love Milwaukee products but FFS Milwaukee, stop rigging your "head to head" competitions... The string trimmers at 16:30 in particular... a gas engine vs battery... ok, maybe you have more power, but keep the competition identical, the guy with the Milwaukee trimmer rips through the cardboard or foam boards no problem, the guy on the left struggles but he cutting head is ALSO IN FRONT OF THE BOARD... He's not getting the whip of the string to punch through like the guy on the right is... Is this an outright lie by Milwaukee saying they have a better system? I don't know... I own the single battery string trimmer because I already have the HD batteries and didn't want to mess with fuel mixing. This makes me not want to buy some of their products. @Ohio Power Tool, I don't know how you guys missed this and put it in this video.

Ohhh the string trimmer w 2 batteries = more weight. Let’s hope it can get 12 min of actual runtime. I have three batteries and I can’t get more than 30 min of actual work out of their trimmer. Worst POS equipment that I have EVER used.

Hopefully it's one of the Milwaukee folks from their product team who actually worked on developing the tool, probably were not a plumber or electrician before to be fair. They are normally product engineers so they study existing tools, then talk to hundreds of trade pros, watch them in field, then test different versions of improvements and finally launch the product. Do they get it right every time, no they do not, but to be fair to Milwaukee they seem to have a process that works better than most.

I only shop with yall when yall have something I want that no one else has in stock but yall take like a week and a half to process an order and if it doesn't land at the beginning of the week it will tank another 2 business days to actually ship.
