Hitting the Crypt was right, Jared could have kept the captain for you or for Alan and keep the ass trophy for something...but nobody could forsee what was going to happen :D still fun time

Alan didn't have U open to hard cast the Fierce Guardianship if he didn't have Shorikai in play. Probably the best play to potentially clutch the W on your next turn.

Ok so I forgot Enlighten Tutor goes to top of library. But it doesn’t make a huge difference with the outcome. I was sitting on a Dramatic Reversal for the longest time. Could have casted for 2, untapped sol ring and sig, activated Shorikai for 1 to draw so ultimately I would have netted even on mana.

Just remember. When your opponent is the controller of tabernacle. Your crypt trigger will resolve last and not the other way around.

Yeah!!!! It’s honestly a lot of fun. The guys were scared over nothing, really should’ve let me activate hermit and then just worry about stopping the dread return imo. But it’s still a blast to just play hermit and say if you can’t stop me next turn I win lol

Sorry if targets weren’t clear but he used fierce guardianship to counter Morten’s force of will which was targeting his force of will, which will allow the original force of will to target the Emiel
