i have a command tower alter from a Magic Fest, and i love it. Sadly i really hate navigating the website, esp. for random discoveries. When you just flip pages and you see same art and just borders, textbox varies and all take up a single slot (instead of being 1 item and then bring able to choose "style" or smth), its so cluttered. And a huge bunch of the alters feel like no work copy paste the same speech bubble or smth on 10 different cards.
@SumNeuron4 жыл бұрын
@@Egovinco98 Send them a message. The company is very responsive. As for navigation, it is by default the most recent alters that have been uploaded. That is why you see like 10 variations of the same design. It is because the alterist made an alter and then needs to upload all the variations they think people might want (name visible, name and type visible, name, type and text visible, etc etc).

I have been really liking the budget pods you play. I actually convinced 3 of my friends to build 75 dollar budget "cEDH" decks (we all know they are really budget high powered) but, all 3 of them have really suffered with being threats, overall having faster decks and clear wins and how to get them. once they sleeved up the new decks they are having much more fun, really interacting and our pod is much more balanced now, I no longer play arch enemy, we are all viable threats and scary to one another. and 2 of them are wanting to upgrade their new decks because they are having such a blast playing them. It's intoxicating to see your friends having so much fun because of the things you showed them(I showed them magic, and now these high powered budget decks), thanks for the content, guys!

Only some decks are able to be cedh at this budget
@matthewrose8002 Жыл бұрын
@@jackhayes6969 I think there are more decks that can be cedh, it just depends on when you can win the game and how much interaction you have with your opponents that determines where you are in the spectrum. A combo deck like Godo that wins turn 1 but usually wins turn 3-5 reliably is still cedh even though it has limited interaction with the other players. Thoracle is the gold standard of cedh win cons but not all can use it or have it be effective. This is why some people see control decks as the low end of cedh as it grinds the game to a halt until that combo deck can get out from under it in a lot of cases or the mid range deck then overtakes the control deck. Some decks for them to be good require the other decks at the table to handle some threats for them. This is why those decks aren't tier 1 cedh decks and blue farm tends to be tier 1 because of all of its answers to everything with extreme card draw in the command zone.

Budget decks is really fun. It makes winning more challenging. Not trying to offense anyone but probably yes because it pleases me to see people getting madly triggered at my words: EDH is more fun and amusing when you don't just focus on quick wins and big moolah spent in your decks, because remember, a dual land card is basically a piece of paper and what is paper weak to? Fire and water hehe. In conclusion: play to your utmost fun, instead of catfighting on who should win by turn 3 via expensive cards.

I dont really like the pako list. It lack some speed (not enough ramp). You almost always want to play Pako on turn 3 *(yes even on budget).. Sure Kenrith transformation did hurt quite a lot in that game though. I'm not against extra combats, but extra turns tends to be strictly better just because you can untap lands, use cards from other and still get another attack.. I do think that Splinter Twin combo are fine though, but I think I still prefer "infinite turns" loops or just even chaining turn with some kind. .Sorry if I sound rude, but it is just that Pako is a pet deck of mine and i do like my "budget" version.. That windfall was a bad play. Windfall in general is a bad play unless you know an opponent tutored for something or you have Ashiok, Dream Render/Notion Thief/ or some other mechanic that prevents opponents from drawing cards. Jordan gave the game away. At this point I expect him to make plays like that. His win cons are either the Thassa's Oracle/Demonic Consultation or Craterhoof. Way too obvious and way too disappointing.
@Hitzel4 жыл бұрын
There was potential to win the game off of it, and the interaction that stopped it (pyroblast) wouldn't have interfered with Ghave anyway. If there was a ton of interaction in hand suddenly with no mana sources to cast them, then you have a good argument, but otherwise I don't think it's that bad of a play as a good reason to cast Windfall most certainly was there.
@charlesmaillho3674 жыл бұрын
@@Hitzel The windfall didn't get countered. The memory lapse got countered so I'm a little confused by what you're saying.
