Well as korean you are missing out some important details; 1.Bang "promised" mhj that she will have full rights to pick out trainee and conept of whole group and she can do anything she wants 2.but after few months in he was influenced by billie eilish and wanted to make a group like her (his words) so tried to push mhj into making that group with 3 produce48 trainees (by that time she had another concept and trainees ready in mind so she refused) 3.so bang told her he will debut them (lesserafim) anyway with or without her help and she gotta wait it out until she debuts new group. She refused because it was already in action and she had to make her trainees wait out for years with no promise. 4.so she gave up her stocks of hybe that she was promised and suggested bang to open new label company and she will debut her group there. 5.bang reluctantly agreed and did that but with conditions, she couldn't promote new jeans as "hybe's newcomers" or "bts' sisters" or "group that mhj produced" until lesserfim debuts (because bang wanted to promote lesserafim that way) 6.so mhj waited out and got no promo, virbal, buzz or even a showcase for newjeans and they debuted by posting a mv 😂 7.she had 20% of ador stocks because she bought some of it herself back when company was built and some she got instead of giving up hybe stocks she was promised. But she gave out 7% to her employees. 8. They are fighting because bang accused mhj of taking the company but it is not possible because a.she has only 13% and b.there is no evidence she tried taking over (other board member talked to her regarding the matter via messanger but mhj barely said anything she just "haha" "okay" and that was it. 9.many lawyers confirmed it would not make a strong case(or a case at all) due to lack of evidence and hybe also didn't(couldn't) file criminal complaint. Imagine giving a worker it's own company so it can have all the artistic freedom it asks. Y’all this is the most accurate news according to Korean Press I legit directly translated from them: Before the debut of Lesserafim, HYBE had no experience in successfully making a female idol group, thus they attempted to create a female idol group based on Heejin Min’s experiences and her talent in consulting. Following this, Heejin has selected the members that were going to be put in the debut group, which is the future NewJeans. Since making a new idol group can suffer from certain risks, HYBE attempted to create a new female idol group with members from IZONE, Sakura and Chaewon; and pull out the members from NewJeans debut group. However, HYBE was unsuccessful with pulling out the members from NewJeans debut group, so they decided to debut Lesserafim firstly. Since Min Heejin was notorious for her career achievements, HYBE wanted Lesserafim to seem like a group that was produced and directed by Heejin. It was HYBE’s attempt to deceive the audience. HYBE forbade Heejin to advertise NewJeans before the debut of Lesserafim, so NewJeans was neglected by their own company for a long time.
