500 gr. cabbage
1 large onion /200 g. /
1 carrot /150 g.
1 celery stalk /80 gr.
1/2 sweet pepper /80 gr.
Herbs / dill, parsley/
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried garlic
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. ground coriander
Salt
Black pepper
✅Needs for the sauce:
1 onion /100 g.
1 carrot /80 g.
1 celery stalk /70 gr./
1/2 sweet pepper /70 gr.
1/2 l. tomato juice
200 g. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried garlic
1/2 tsp. coriander
A pinch of hot pepper
1 bay leaf

Впервые задумался. Судя по количеству затраченного времени не такие они уже и ленивые получаются. И еще. Я думаю,что голубцы и ленивые голубцы это два разных и вполне самостоятельных блюда .

Вы правы. "Ленивыми" их назвать сложно. 🙂 С другой стороны, приготовить это блюдо проще, чем обыкновенные голубцы, особенно, если кулинарные навыки не очень .
