Check out UFC Undisputed Forever. It's a mod for UFC Undisputed 3 that replaces the old roster with modern fighters. U3 is still the best UFC game. Works with RPCS3, a modded PS3, and I'm pretty sure Xenia (x360 emulator). It's a work in progress but very well done.
