Ingredients:
- 2 cups sattu
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
3. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute until the onion is translucent.

Baingan Bharta Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 medium eggplant
- 2 big vine-ripe tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Make insertions on the eggplant and insert garlic cloves
- Roast the eggplant, green chilies, and tomatoes on direct heat until the skin gets charred
- Transfer them to water and peel off the skin
- Mash them properly in a bowl
- Add chopped onion, salt, mustard oil, chopped ginger-garlic, and mix well
