I absolutely love your channel Sam! I love a few of your series and this one has taken second place to your asexual series. I love watching videos about mental health as they let me know that everything I am feeling and going through is valid, I feel important because others out there understand the crazy thoughts in my head. I've suffered with severe social anxiety for a very long time and it impacts my daily life so much. You are such a good talker I feel like you would do well giving mental health talks to an audience in a public place. I love learning more about you and your mental health. Your makeup looks fabulous in this video btw I love it! Okay I am going to binge watch your series from this day forward! Amazing video! Keep up the good work

Thanks a lot for sharing this website. It will be useful for me. My counselor just showed me that I had anger issues as coping strategy for stress and low self-esteem. I was mistaking anger as panic. She told me to do mindlfulness and be good to myself.

Your counsellor is absolutely right, self care is so important! 💚

I've always struggled with anger and anxiety and for me I've learned to cope in way similar to some of this advice. Some days are better than others but its a lifelong battle. Thanks for sharing sam

I'm glad you thought so! Remember not to quash your anger, it's valid and healthy and just needs good management 🖤

lol I hear police coming for ya! Love the harry potter tshirt. Some good advice you read off, some hmm okay advice, not everything is relevant to my life at least. Sometimes there are no answers. Anger and anxiety go hand in hand and it can be scary.

I got a lot of that push back from people when I told them I was gonna be a vegetarian. I have to listen to music or try to go for a walk and it usually helps but not always...

Thank you soo much for this Sam, I definitely know alot of people who struggle with mental illness and anger on a daily basis, I will absolutely pass that website along to them. P. S. I can relate to managing my anger, I have been working in customer service for 8 years unfortunately 😂😞

@@SamanthaAimee omgg what a coincidence haha. It's funny I always talk about leaving my job at work but yet I always end up staying. I guess I don't want to start all over again from the bottom and lose all my perks lmao.

Such a helpful video. Did you plan this video that far out or was it a forgotten video lol I wish I could plan out months of videos haha I loved this. and you are adorable (:

Thank you! I have videos saved a couple months ahead but obviously they get pushed back by monthly/life update videos haha. It makes everything feel far less rushed 😌💜
