I tried out the tips from the video and what a difference-maker! I felt so much faster. The hardest thing is keeping a tight core throughout my swim but I didn't have to kick as hard.

Coach; could this be much easier for those that naturally are very buoyant? In your demo, when you are stroking slowly with your core engaged you stay horizontal, when I try that my legs sink. I am a male, athletic build, lean adult learner. I swim with many women and they all float like corks and I sink. Is there a blind spot among swimmers that float naturally and those of us that don't? Thank you
