For those who are looking for what to eat…. She talks about: 1. Food rich in insoluble fibre 2. Food high in Protein (Eggs, fishes, channa, cherupayar, lean meat, protein supplements etc) 3. Good fat in moderate quantities (almonds, flax seeds, Avocado etc) 4. Complex carbs in low quantities - black rice, steel cut oats 4. I had a sweet tooth and acne marks, once I stopped consuming sugar my skin got clearer and glowed, and I couldn't stop a sudden, gradually reduced. after 1 month one spoonful of cake/sweets gives me a headache and my cravings are gone completely. now I started to bake my own recipes using bananas, dates, and raisins as sugar alternatives.KZbin helps a lot with healthy food recipes.

I am a 22 year old women, studying. I moved out of country for college. For the past 2 years my period cycle has been so irregular. I have gained weight dramatically. Recently, for 3 months i haven't got my periods. Currently, i am on period. The problem is that ita been almost a month with my period. The bleeding is heavy. The pain is usual though. I changed my diet a little. Vallya dramatic change onnum alla. I cut the sugar, sodas and and included just mild carbs. Non veg kore kurachu. Finally njn new diet start chyth.. And im seeing changes weight korayan thudangi.. Mrng or evng- mixed millet oats flax seed or chia soaked seed Ragi or other millets, Gluten free food items mainly kazhikkanam.. Rice oke korach low carbs.. Pine vegs and fruits.. Pine njn spearmint tea or green tea.. Seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc. Just include more gluten free millets into ur diet plan and don't over restrict urself from eating foods u like.. Just eat it moderately.. Stress korakkuka.. Do slow exercises like walking.. Do 10 min walking after every meal.. Do yoga..oru 8 hr sleeping pattern..Ithroke sredhicha u can reverse pcos.. ഞാൻ മെലിഞ്ഞിട്ടാണ് 14 വയസ്സിലാണ് ആർത്തവക്രമക്കേട് വന്ന് ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ട് സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത് പി സി ഒ ഡി ലക്ഷണം കണ്ടു.വീണ്ടും കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം സ്കാൻ ചെയ്തു boarderline polysistic pattern of overies എന്ന് കണ്ടു. തുടക്കം മുതൽ 3/5 മാസം വരെ പീരിയഡ്സ് താമസം വരുമ്പോഴൊക്കെ ആയുർവേദം, ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് മരുന്നുകൾ എല്ലാം മാറി മാറി കാണിച്ചു മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ പീരിയഡ്സ് വരും നിർത്തിയാൽ വീണ്ടും പഴയതുപോലെ, 😢 ഇനി ഹോമിയോ മാത്രമേ കാണാനുള്ളൂ, എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ 20 വയസ്സാണ്, ഇംഗ്ലീഷ് മരുന്നുകൾ തുടർച്ചയായി pcos ന് കഴിക്കുന്നത് ആരോഗ്യത്തിന് നല്ലതാണോ? 😔
