Mindful Arts San Francisco Training Recording

In this 1.5 hour video, Andrew Jordan Nance, founder of Mindful Arts San Francisco (MASF), a program of The San Francisco Education Fund, leads perspective volunteers with a robust mindfulness practice to prepare them for working in San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) classrooms to teach the principles of mindfulness, using storytelling, theater and art activities.
