Looks like a spot on match. I'm a huge fan of lift & luminate. Bummed it may be discontinued. But I'm thinking this new one may be as good. I like their foundations because they're not too yellow, so when my lighter winter skin is showing its perfect.

I'm trying this one today based on your video! I like the L'Oreal Serum foundation around the house, it feels and looks good on my skin, and isn't heavy. This one reminds me of that in feel and in coverage. I was kind of shocked at the color at first though. I bought Calico, and I swear in the bottle it looks like the color of that white/gray school chalk. It does seem to self adjust to my skin tone as I applied it, and I made it work, but it still seems a little too light on me. It's so hard buying foundations online, but I can't find it in store yet here. I'm interested in seeing how it holds up by this evening.

For those who wear masks: I love this foundation and it's pretty decent under a mask for 8 hours. Not as budge-proof as L'oreal Infallible, but still pretty good with powder touchup on nose and chin. . Great on my dry skin and i love the finish!

Hi! You just came up on my you tube feed, especially about my search for reviews on the new No 7 foundation-renew and restore. I’m 60 yrs young and a bartender at a very busy place, where I don’t have time to touch up my makeup. I had been using and loving the No7 lift and Luminate for probably 3 yrs up until past year where I did find the product offerings scarce. I’m in Milwaukee area and Walgreens is my best bet for No7, ulta no, target no. However, my local Walgreens store finally brought back more shades in the lift and Luminate… but not my “Wheat “ so I took a gamble and bought the new one in my preferred shade. I, too love it! I was worried about the coverage being it’s not as thick as the previous medium coverage of Lift and Luminate. But a non issue. I love it and I do old school with my application… finger tips like my moisturizer, I’ve tried good brushes and blenders, but this works best for my skin 🤷‍♀️. And it’s my eyelid primer and concealer and it produces for a 10 hr day..love that you have amazing results, as well 😘!!!

I’ve checked on their website and Lift and Luminate is still available in the UK. I don’t know if it’s possible to import it but if anyone is desperate it might be worth a try . If you go on the No. 7 website there is a good picture of different arm colors and they even show you what it looks like after it’s dried for five minutes.

Noooo! I love No 7 Lift & Luminate and mine is almost gone! Went to Amazon and my color is there but it's $25! A little more than I spend on foundations. Guess it was good while it lasted. Why do they do that? I have combo/oily skin, so I'll have to check for a review from someone with my skin type before I give this one a go. But the L&L was my go to, it's going to work, and it's going to last all day and look beautiful, foundation. I'm so sad.

I went to Target and bought two shades of the newer formula since they didn’t have my shade. It does feel different than the Lift & Lumminate, but it wore so well on my dry skin. I’m so glad you are enjoying it too.

Hi, I just subscribed to your channel, I'm 62 and always get told how young I look, but when I tried the no 7 lift and luminate, it really settled in my under eye wrinkles, I usually wear Loreal infallible pro glow and it doesn't show any wrinkles, I'd like to try the new ni 7 you just reviewed but afraid its gonna settle too, and we don't get no 7 lift and luminate in Canada so I bought it on eBay and it was $60 😫😫 lol anyway love your channel 😊❤

What I like is that your skin still looked like your skin…I’m definitely going to check it out because I am searching for new foundation. I wore Mac Studio Sculpt for the last 20 years😳. It’s just not doing it for me anymore. It is very MATTE. Now that I’m older my skin is getting dry spots, the MAC looks terrible on my skin now, it’s got to go 🥺. I went to Sephora and tried on a few of the new ones. Honestly, I thought they all looked terrible and then I came to the realization…it’s not the foundations ……it’s my face😲. Between the sunspots and wrinkles I have to reinvent new makeup techniques and products.. it’s been fun but it’s also been expensive🤨. Anyway, what I thought looked best in the bunch was the KVD Good Apple cream foundation👏👏👏👏👏. Now I want to try this one and the Danessa Myricks Yummy foundation… This No7 looks beautiful on you👍🏼👏👏👏👏👏👏👏.

Bobbi, I've been thinking of getting a good foundation brush and the BK101 just looks too big. Can you tell me how the 106 compares to the Angie Angled Blush Brush 507? I don't love the 507 for blush or foundation but I'm most interested in the similarity between the two in flexible bristles and the density of them. I don't want to spend that much on a brush that is almost like one I have and don't love. Thanks, Vicki

The 106 is completely different from the Angie Brush. It is much more dense and with a slight dome at the top. If you use the Angie Brush for Foundation I think you’re going to get a lot of streaks and really not get the coverage that you want. It’s too fluffy of a brush and made for a powder product not a cream. I agree with you that the 101 is big but it also works really well. At this point though, I have completely switched to the 106.
