I'm finding this to be a great one for using right before I check my blood pressure. It gives me nearly 10 minutes of sitting quietly, with the cuff already on my arm. The chime is a gentle way to end, then in the last minute after Rick says go about your day, I push the button on the machine. It's perfect, thank you.

I listen to your videos every morning before I go to work as someone that suffers social anxiety on a constant basis it’s difficult for me to have steady thoughts and a calm presence when it comes to working it’s been a battle in work and at home knowing I have to go into work especially working in retail lately I’ve been feeling I have to try adjust to my new surrounds and have been trying this morning meditation it’s still a battle for me but I’ve noticed some sort of calmness after listening to your videos 🙏

By the way, I am quite a creative person, and whenever I practice your meditations, I can feel the effects afterwards. It is now four am in the morning and I am going to start my day. Make a cup of coffee and do some more of your practice. I practice mindfulness a lot these days. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's a win win situation for me. I can also play an instrument as well. The violin. And I am also an avid reader too. I am good at memorizing vocabulary too. God bless thehonestguys. :)

Should I breathe normally or in through nose out through mouth? I’ve been meditating for many months now using the nose/mouth but have to control my breathing to do so. Recently I’ve questioned if I’m doing it right so I’ve been doing some research and some people say breathe normally (which for me is through my nose) and just pay attention to it, or the tip of my nose or something. Either way I find it hard to watch without controlling, but now that I’m trying the normal breathing, I keep falling asleep. Any advice? Also - When people say pay attention to the sensations like the feeling or air going through my nose, should I only focus on one sensation or all sensations? I ask because it seems like if I’m going from paying attention to my chest, to my stomach, to my nose, to my throat, to my upper lip, etc. that I’m just allowing my mind to wander.
