I have gone through years of sexual trauma as a child and this was my only escape from being mentally trapped in a jail cell, this meditation freed my mind from negative thoughts and essentially saved my life, I come back here all of the time. Thank you.

@@TheHonestGuys great stuff..The voice sounds so relaxed and earnest , and the music is non intrusive. Is it possible to get a 40-45 minutes clip? 20 minutes is sometimes less for me as I take a bit of time to focus and get in the groove. Thanks for everything

I use this particular meditation about 2 to 3 times a day (especially at work). It has changed my life with the way I cope. it's much better to have a favourite go to meditation than a cup of coffee. I find I sleep better the more I meditate. thank you so much from south Africa 🌍 🧘‍♀️

I use this meditation to make me better at noticing my thoughts during the day, so that I don't take my mind into a place where sorrow resides.

I love this one, used to do the 10min one but glad there is a 20min version now, I try to do this everyday, always helps me relax 😊

I listen to this every morning on my way to work in the back of a cab. My focus and concentration has grown so much. This is my 2nd year on this. Like this better than the 10mims. Mind clarity. Thinking is an addiction. BE.

Thank you for all of your videos, I've been using them for years to help with sleep and anxiety. I'd love one that I could listen to while working at the computer, with a few prompts every few minutes to relax and let go of stress (rather than just one of your long music/sound videos). Something that I don't have to pay too much attention to but still relaxes me.

I’ve read that 6-8 weeks of daily meditation for about 20-30 minutes promotes neurogenesis, activity in the parietal lobe and helps with emotional regulation. Meditation reduces the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. Has anyone noticed improvements in themselves?

Good morning, just finished meditation with this one I feel much better I tried not to strain with the breathing technique bcuz it feels that way sometimes. I'm sure in time I'll get better, but it does work it just feel like I'm not doing it right bcuz the thoughts still come even during me meditating.

day 3 of meditation, the first 2 days I did 5 minutes and it was not intense, but this day I decided to to 20min and it was good in a way that I can't really tell, just good :)

Even 5 minutes is fine. I used to have to shut myself in the men’s cloakroom to meditate at work for 5 mins when I began as I had no time :)

I love this video so much, although it would be nice if it was longer like thirty to sixty minutes that would be perfect, but otherwise one of my favorites and it does help. :)

We actually meditate just laying down or sitting up, George. We don’t do traditional or yoga type poses

@@unamed2516 activates your para sympathetic system, directs your bodies energies to from the first three chakras to go up towards the brain, regulates the oxygen better in all the 50-60 trillion cells in the body and brings up to become more conscious around the activities in our life :)

Meditate with Abhi Oh okay. I’m not really sure how I feel about the chakra energies, it sounds really deep to me. But if it helps me get rid of my anxiety then I guess it’s fine.

I just had something weird happening for the first time I felt at peace without any thoughts. I thought i must be 10 minutes in when he suddenly says go about ur day. It was ike i stopped perceiving time.

When at the start he says, inhale through a count of 4 and exhale to a count of 6, should I keep that pace for the whole 20 minutes of meditation? Thanks in advance to whoever answers 😁

Quick question breath in to the count of 4 and out the the count of six does that mean wait 4 seconds breath in or breathing in should take 4 seconds thanks

You can do it that way, we’ve tried several methods, so breathe in to the count of four, and out to the count of six; you don;t have to pause between it - that’s more for the 4, 7, 8 method, where you breathe in for 4, hold for 7 and breathe out forcibly for 8

There are only a few (such as affirmations) where it does not matter if you keep your eyes open - we create videos because KZbin is a video hosting site, but meditating should be done with eyes closed
