This is an Original 10 minute guided mindfulness meditation for overthinking, recorded by us. Like watching clouds float in the sky above you, learn to allow your thoughts to pass and transform without judgement or attachment. This is a great practice that will help you improve your skills at practicing non-judgement towards your own thoughts (p.s. you deserve that!!)

I've struggled with anxiety since the age of 12. Primarily generalized anxiety over relationships with people, health and sense of identity. I've recently had a major realization: thoughts are just thoughts, they are not me and they are not reality. I am the observer. The more I fought against my thoughts and feelings, the worse they have gotten paradoxically. With this meditation, I really found myself in a mindful flow of observing instead of reacting or embodying my thoughts as true. Very powerful, thank you!

This is probably the best meditation I have experienced. Giving your thoughts the same respect as you do for the clouds in the sky…nothing to do about it, just be aware. AMAZING ❤

Wow dealing with overthinking my whole life. First time meditating through this i feel at ease. Wont happen in a day Takes time. Like a muscle exercising the mind resistance

I am absolutely in love with your channel. I been going through a very chaotic spiritual awakening & find myself in alignment one second, & out of alignment the next. Blocked energy will come up to the surface & make me doubt myself. Your channel has helped me so much to maintain an expansive and growth mindset. This was my first time practicing mindfulness and loved it. Such a good way to look at our thoughts/ minds treat them like the sky and clouds.

My thoughts and feelings has not changed but my feelings has gotten so much stronger and clearer mentally and also to believe that I and stronger spiritual. Also like to say to all the women of guided meditation happy international women's day and month of March ❤️🌎🇬🇧

Love this. The analogy of the clouds is wonderful ☁️☁️☁️ What I kept thinking during this meditation was “I am the observer. I am not my thoughts”

Wow I am just at the begining of the journey after several weeks meditating for 5min daily but as people mentioned that imagining that like a skies was amazing comparison but honestly I just felt once that spark of letting go that thought because I feel having little bit more empty mind but catching myself pretty early and calmly send it away that thought was amazing experience, can’t wait to feel it again tomorrow. Amazing job 💪

This one was beautiful, I wasn't expecting it. It really helped me to just observe my thoughts even if I didn't like them, just observe them and by the end of the meditation the thoughts just spiral, a tree, at the rhythm of the music and I just went black, no thoughts. Great meditation!

The last bit '' Take your time as you open your eyes back to the world around you'' this was so calming until I opened my eyes and saw all the clutter in my house, and it gave me more anxiety..

Can i ask what does it mean to 'observe ypur thoughts'? I can't observe my thoughts, i am thinking my toughts, how am i supposed to observe them? I'm genuinely asking because i've been trying to meditate but i always struggle with this ''observe ypur thoughts and let them go'' sounds like something that i don't know how to do?

I’m an over thinker, in my mind if I didn’t have bad luck I wouldn’t have any luck at all, what makes it worse is I don’t give that impression to others, I’m like a sponge and soak any negativity in then I start analysing it to my detriment. The narrator’s voice is perfect and calming, my only gripe is it’s too short it would be perfect it was for an hour.
