Many busy professionals wear the “I am so busy” as a badge of honor.
A Mindfulness practice can help train your mind to recognize the non-stop chatter that many of us experience, distracting us from the present moment. For me, being present is the underpinning of raising my level of joy and enlightenment as it aligns me with more light and love.
My initial advice to those on their journey looking for more joy and self-acceptance is to work on being present as often as possible. This is not easy and often requires an active Mindfulness practice.
