From 1833 governor general of Bengal was made governor general of India.. from William Bentinck's tenure..modify accordingly

13:11 minutes pe dekho.. Lord John Lawrence yadi 1864- 1869 tak tha to 1862 me high courts kaha se establish karega?? Lord Elgin Viceroy tha jab High Courts establish ho rahe the (Madras, Bombay and Kolkata)

Dear Viewer, You are right. Actually, some textbooks mention the date of Chauri Chaura incident on 5th February,1922. However, at several places Government of India has indicated the date of this incident as 4th February, 1922. We regret this inconvenience.

Sir, The High Court of Judicature at Madras, one of the three High Courts in India established at the Presidency Towns by Letters Patent granted by Her Majesty Queen Victoria, bearing date 26th June 1862. But u have mentioned est of high court under the event of John Lawrence, which is incorrect. Kindly issue amdt to this, in 1862 , when the Lord Canning was viceroy of india, HC were est.

The Indian High Courts Act, 1861 was passed by the British Parliament during the tenure of Lord Canning. However, the High Courts in Calcutta, Madras and Bombay were created in 1862, during tenure of Lord Elgin I.
