Do you guys ever get tired of being right?! Just finished Anabolic and I have increased my intake by about 1,000 calories per day. I lost 5 lbs during the process and had strength gains of 30 lbs on each of the big 4 lifts. Cheers!

I havent actually looked into it at all but how many calories Does Anabolic make you eat? I'd rather stay low carb, no bread or pasta etc. Not necessarily keto but low carb. Does Anabolic require you to eat carb loaded foods?

@@ricksgiggle8852 I ended up around 3,000 per day. Some days more, some less. I did include carbs like potatoes and some pasta because it made me feel stronger when lifting.

When I was a teenager I always had stomach aches and headaches. I noticed that every time I ate pasta, I'd cry the next day. I decided to go low carb at age 20, and boom...all my aches went away, my mood improved, and I dropped 20lbs.

I'm binging this content! You guys make it make sense. I've been a little down in the dumps because I've been paying for a PT for 6 weeks to help me understand muscle building and learn how to use gym equipment. I've pretty much been cutting unintentionally and lost a little muscle. I can't seem to get anyone in person to really give me yhe in depth information I keep asking for. Maybe this will help me find more fitness intelligence so I can reach my goals! Thanks, guys!

1st thanks for the laughs with the HS story!! A great way to start the day. And I totally agree with spending $ on experiences. I told my husband I would rather have an experience than a gift for my recent birthday. He planned an amazing trip across the South taking me back to all our favorite spots we've gone to over the years. It's a trip I'll never forget.

Listener for life. I’ve re learned so many movements that I’ve hurt myself doing in the past (looking at you, chest and shoulder press!) by searching the movement And “mind pump” in the KZbin search bar. I’ve shared a ton of the videos. You don’t reference them often but if people don’t know, these guys have content out there to walk you through about any exercise you can think of! I’ve even been able to help my sons do mobility work to optimize their game while hopefully preserving their arm (both baseball players and talented pitchers). Further, you’ve supported my views on RAISING my kids and given great resources. Thank you! ❤

Hi and thank you, I listen to you guys everyday. I am from Australia and I love how you don’t get all wrapped up with social media, you keep it real. I love how you talk about your kids, can you do any shows on teenagers health? I have a nearly 15 year old son and he is overweight, I have trouble helping him because he thinks I am lecturing him, all he wants to do is play on his Xbox. We have just signed him up for boxing class but every week he says to me he doesn’t want to go but he enjoys it when he is there, he eats to much process food when we are not home. I am currently changing my lifestyle but how much have I damaged my own child. I have 2 other adult children and they have no problems with their weight, I just can’t seam to get any motivation from my son and he says that he wants to lose weight but he doesn’t want to put in the hard work or he doesn’t understand how hard it is. I cook him bacon and eggs and a smoothie for his breakfast 5 out of 7 days and try to make a healthy lunch for him too sometime I run out of time and always cook a healthy dinner but he snacks on to much food I say it’s from boredom but he keeps telling me that he is hungry.

I’m finally starting to feel better now that I’m focused on eating enough protein n cutting processed foods n it’s all thanks to listening to you guys. I’m hoping I can save up enough money to get MAPS 15 soon cuz while I’m already doing 15min sessions 6 days a week, there’s no structure to it (just making sure I get in 8-10 squats, deadlifts, rows, reverse crunches, bicep curls, n sometimes lunges) so I’m not seeing the results I want to see. Then one day I’ll get to try some of the other MAPS Routines 😊

My random comments for this episode LOL, since I'll understandably never get an answer, I will now start to believe Adam's key is for Justin's secret basement. 😆 I really perked up when Sal started saying that strength is not always the best physical pursuit. I wondered "oh shit, how could this ever be?" Then he basically says it's not top priority when you get strong af and advanced. It's like saying striving to have ten million in the bank stops being important once you have 9.5 million. 😂I love it! I don't why I was ever concerned. And what do you mean, Sal, about blueballs not existing!?!? You must mean that in the same way you've all described that bro science is legitimate, it's just the bro explanations that are wrong?

I stopped eating all dairy (to avoid hormones) when I was having trouble trying to conceive 20 years ago. Three weeks in I realized my chronic sinus headaches were gone. This was earth shattering for someone who heavily relied on dairy products in my daily nutrition. For the next 15 years I experimented with eating certain kinds of diary, but ultimately I realized all diary causes not only sinus issues, but systemic inflammatory issues. I miss cheese, but I don't miss all the discomfort and pain. Now, I am so much more in tune with how I feel after eating. Fried foods disrupt my sleep and I have crazy dreams akin to fever delirium dreams. I still eat some fried foods, but usually earlier in the day and sparingly.

ice just started realizing this because I've been taking your approach to finding my appropriate maintenance calories(for starting my bulk).... so I've been tracking, rather than just eating according to my "macro target"... it has forced me to really listen to my body. Im not forced to eat (well, at least not yet lol). Allows me to listen and feel how my body is reacting... So now, I can approach my bulk smarter s.note I do wear my cross to the gym.😂but I take them off to do anything like squats lmao

Along the lines of QUAH1, something I've been thinking about for years is how school screwed us over in regards to mobility by making us sit 'Indian style/criss cross applesauce' and having our knees/hips only be stuck in that external rotation I'm fully planning on homeschooling when the time comes, but with you guys having children in public school, do you have your children balance the Indian style with w-sits to add internal rotation? I know the trend in schools now is that w-sitting is a no-no.

The Ai question, at least on corporate side is already made. If the quality is good enough then they'll fire as many people as they can to make more profits and at least in administration and similar mundane tasks this will surely have massive consequences. For creative tasks though we still have to wait for current lawsuits to finish, to know how or if this is going to proceed.

I never really know what is considered light weight for me. For example, I can squat 405 for 10-15 reps, bench 315 for 10 reps, and go nuts on deadlift weighing 220-235lbs normally @ 6 foot 2 inches. That's technically lightweight for me, but is it? haha. It gets weird. By my rep schemes it is lightweight, but for my body is it? My light is different than someone else's lightweight. I just enjoy the big 3 lifts and that is why I do them. I feel like I don't do shit if I lift under 300lbs because rep wise and intensity wise I can hit weights under 300lbs close to or easily more than 20 reps, lift depending. 🤨🙃

Food never seems to make me feel bad. Maybe I'm just lucky. haha I'd say some of the most important lifts for women are those that work the upper chest. I'd think that all women would utilize these exercises all the time.

Really needed to hear this information at this point in my life. I’ve been experiencing digestive issues and recently got an IBS dx. Coming from someone who’s been working out and eating healthy for the past six years, having all these issues was a big shock for me. Currently trying to figure out what works for me, so thank you for the information! Big fan of yours since 2019🫶🏻

Can Erectile dysfunction/ low libido be caused through to much exercise ? I recently took a break from maps 15 and I'm back to morning erections. Any advice can help. Best platform out there for health/wealth/ training

Definitely. Libido is one of my health markers when assessing when I need to back off exercise or simply add calories (if I'm trying to lose weight). Mindpump has mentioned it numerous times in their podcasts, check out clips about metabolism, libido, or maps anabolic.
