This is for caller #3. Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition- you say your GI issues come at the same time as your psoriasis flare ups. Autoimmune issues can cause widespread inflammation including in the gut. The key is to limit stress as much as possible, stick to an anti- inflammatory diet. There are also some supplements that help with inflammation. It might not be a separate gut issue. I don’t believe it is related to brain injury itself - I agree with your doc there but I would be inclined to think it is related to the stress your experienced as a result of your brain injury. I would imagine that experience and the effect it’s had on your life has been incredibly stressful. More sleep will also help 😊. Good luck I hope you find a solution

Also, he didn't mention dairy, but my psoriasis flares when I have too much dairy. Might be worth cutting it out to see if anything changes. My gut issues resolved when I went gluten and lactose free.

Thank you for this conversation. Im 62 and I normally lift heavy even when i tell myself it's a light day. I lift to head off sarcapenea? spelling. And i just started deadlift and squats 4 years ago. Im now starting to feel it. Especially the systemic fatigue. I'm going to try to connect with lighter weights. Can you give me an example. My working set in deadlift is 360 to 380. How much less do i go. I use a machine for preacher curls about 140 to 160. Do I go to 120lbs and do slower reps! Just trying to save my body. Thank you if you have time to respond.✌️😊

The consistency part makes sense with the gummies, but like Adam also said, he doesn't want to have to drink something just before bed because then it's going to have him up in the middle of the night to use the restroom so the gummy would just be a better option overall. Most people know nothing about what has been going on in Mexico for years and years. Most are only hearing about it because of the level of the popularity of those it happened to. There have been entire towns massacred simply for having new areas to set up. Look into the Mexican influencers that decided to test things.

This is why I’m tired of the traditional health care system, I’ve been diagnosed with epilepsy and liver disease the past couple years and both doctors refuse to talk to each other and continue to laugh at me if I mention the gut brain connection and tell me nothings connected. I “advocated” for myself and was dropped as a patient. I’m on my 20th doctor or more and I’m not convinced these “good” doctors exist anymore in the traditional system. I’m now in a category even functional medicine can’t help me because of liability. It’s fucking sickcare and we all know. Criminal. Looking to get with a doctor who’s left the system (Dr Lyon 🤞) but I need to pay off big pharma and save again.
