Mind Pump Fit Tip: Machines are better for THESE three things. (0:01) How FIT you are is a better predictor than your BMI. (18:25) This is an important tip if you are taking thyroid medication. (24:21) The drone conspiracy. (26:28) If you have hormonal imbalances or PMS symptoms, listen up. (34:42) Tornadoes in California? (37:13) Funny pranks. (42:06) Family time at church. (45:25) The benefits of grass-fed ground beef vs. grain-fed. (48:58) Starbucks drive-thru does it again. (51:13) California is doing California things. (1:03:23) #ListenerLive question #2 - Can you speak to if/how weight and muscle training principles can be applied to the face? (1:13:02) #ListenerLive question #3 - Can eating healthy make you fat? (1:22:39) #ListenerLive question #4 - Should I extend maintenance/bulking through the time it takes to run Symmetry first and then run a cut through something like Maps 15 or even something like the heavy portions of Maps Strong? I agree that machines and free weighs have their own benefits, but I disagree that machines are superior. I find free weights to be more convenient and fun!

My husband was injured in a bad car accident that messed up his right ankle, leg, and back, to where one leg is shorter than the other. But he works with a physical therapist and they gave him mobility movements to practice that are almost exactly like the ones in Maps Prime Pro. But also he only "feels safe" to workout on the machines at the gym.

Machines give you a better eccentric focus than free weights

Audio's weird on this one. Low during the segments. Super loud during the MP ads 📢⚡

Is there a version of MAPS 15 that requires no equipment, just body weight exercises. I travel a lot for work, would love to see a daily 15 minute program I can do in my hotel room.

Cables rule in my world. I have too many tricky joints to lift enough using dumbbells
@adamlimbach675620 сағат бұрын
Best is a combination of exercises. Free weights, machines, cables, body weight. Attack muscle groups with 3-4 high quality exercises per week for 5-10 years and the rest of the details simply don’t matter.

I’ll keep on driving my ford crown Victoria till its wheels fall off. That thing uses more fuel than nafta.

Cable machines are helpful. But I do not like using anything that forces me to stay within a confined movement path.

Your audio sucks !!! Fix the volume when you cut to ads or post podcast.
