Ex - DG. Nair should explain why Assam Rifles signed SoO with Kukis armed group when Kukis never shoot or killed any Assam Rifles or Indian Army before or after 2008? Funfact: The Kuki history ( concocted) are aptly written mostly by retired army officers like Brig.Sushil kumar Sharma, Col.Vijay Chenji. This is some sort of credence extension towards the make believe concocted history of the non existent history of the Kuki Chin group which later on would be used as references.
