I have the absolute pleasure to sign my application with KW today. I worked hard to pass my tests. I'm excited for the success, I'm excited for the failures. I've never been so excited to embrace the joy and growth of failure AND success. This journey has led me to desire a change within myself, To find what is possible and what can be made possible. I want to build myself strong for this industry for the people, for my clients, all clients. The comfort, and happiness that this industry allows you to spread is incredible. I can't wait to aid in the steps of people making their steps to their first home, their investment, their happiness. I'm so very excited. Thank you for this amazing video. Thank you Mr. Keller for creating another opportunity for another person to be a part of a powerhouse of a business for the success of employees and clients alike. So proud to soon be a part of KW. So much treasure be found here and i have been listening to this podcast over and over at least once a month thru out 2023 and sure enough it kept me going thru the tough times and grew my business over 130% from 2022 to 2023 when the MLS in our area shows a 35% drop in the number of unit count

Just took on the challenge of Interim Team Leader at KW Central in Plantation Florida on 6/1/2023. As Gary & Jay talked about what to do in uncertain times, it became very clear that charging the storm is the only way to get through it. There is no question that one does not need nor has ever needed to have 100% of the business opportunities out there, so if there are 30% fewer oppotunities there are still more than enough opportunties to reach ones goals. Our one Thing has been fix the culture. We created a culture in which everyone feels welcome, seen, heard, valued, loved & supported. We have a training calendar that brings value to our Associates (Real Estate Agents). In conversations with our KW Central Family, I asked what do we do best here. The overwhelming response was, " It feels like family here. I know I am coming into our office, and we work hard, but it feels like I am coming home to family." It doesn't feel like I am coming to an office. When I say KW Central Family, we refer to ourselves as "my KW Central Family." Gary & Jay, thank you for having this conversation with me.
