What a solid dude!! I’m proud to have you as a fellow American! You’ve helped me more then words can describe. I train and prep on a consistent basis. Christ is our savior and for that alone we walk a path that’s mighty. We’ve been tasked to be a good Shepard to our loved ones and all the good of the world. My son is 3, wild kid.. A fucking plus. Late to the party here, but this is how you clarify. This is how you communicate and convey perspective. This is how you encourage and truly motivate. There is so much emphasis on physical or mechanical training, as there should be, but this training starts with your eyes, your senses, your mentality, and it's essentially free. As said, there's bad, average, good, excellent and elite. THIS is elite, and it inspires the pursuit of elite and to put in the work it requires, both mentally and physically. It certainly has for me. Thank you.
