Yesterday I experienced this thing practically, last day I gave my IELTS exam, before the test day I studied a lot as compared to the others day and also I was not slept properly. In exam my mind was not working normally especially in reading test, I did almost 21 question out of 40. I was surprised, why this happen with me, because in hardest reading test I got at least 26 or 27, but the test was not tough. Now I understand the scientific phenomenon behind this catastrophic issues which was affected me. Tnx a lot Dr Javed Iqbal, now I noticed that my reading skill is good but my approach was not proper, now again I give my IELTS exam in the next month.

Very valuable advice Sir. I am also a medical teacher. I have observed that students who study whole night before exam, never fair well in the exams. My son, who has completed bachelor's in Computer Sciences very recently, always stops exam preparations a day before exam and plays football and listens to the music. Alhamdulilah he has been a topper in most of exams.

Study sa siraf 15 minutes ka rest lena cahea or 24 hours is a major portion of one year and last minutes are more important as in doing the surgeory of a patient bucz their are only 8760 hours in a year at least a doctor must not advise to sphere last day of prepairation for exam in every activity last part is not only nessesry buy essential also student can learn 50 percent of their sallabus in last day and clear their concepts and read derivations and formulas,can read imlicit or explicit knowledge.
