Update: I’ve been listening to this for almost 3 months. (With a few days break every now and then when I would sleep to something else.) I weighed 167, I now weigh 144. Believe what you will, but this worked for me. Besides just helping you lose the weight, it makes you rethink your choices throughout the day. Its actually really incredible.

Oh My God. I didn’t believe this would work and when I woke up I felt no different so I thought ok it didn’t work. BUT I went downstairs to get breakfast and I usually eat a huge bowl of cereal and drink coffee but today I didn’t want any of that and I was craving fruit instead (I hate fruit) so I had a grapefruit, Greek yogurt, and a cup of tea for breakfast. This is amazing

Look guys don’t weigh yourself the night of using this and again in the morning. You will always weigh more in the night because you’ve eaten and it isn’t digested yet, so there will be a different. Weigh morning of and morning after to see if there’s results. Also weigh after you pee in the morning instead of before.

This is my 2nd night listening to this video. I haven't lost any weight yet but a huge victory already when I went to the grocery store & initially got chips & decided to put them back & get fruit instead. Gonna try this for what it is!! I’m not going to be doing exercise and all that, I’m just going to eat healthy and drink lots of water! Let’s see if this ACTUALLY works! Current weight-63kg Day 1. I’m about to go to sleep while listening with earphones so wish me luck, I’ll update tomorrow, and I actually mean it lol.. Day 2. Haven’t really noticed any difference yet.. Day 3. I noticed a small difference, currently 62kg Day 5. 61kg ! I’m noticing a difference now It’s been about 4 weeks since I last updated and I was 58kg at day 11 with no exercise, but I started exercising every day for 30 mins and I’m now 54kg!!!

I didn’t take my weight daily because, honestly, I didn’t expect this to actually work. I knew my weight because I take it every now and then (plus I just had a dr’s appointment). I decided after a week to just weigh myself for the fun of it. I’ve lost 6 pounds! I know this might sound weird, but it’s not just the video that does it. I don’t know how, but I re think what I’m eating through out the day and just eat out of actual hunger not just eating because I’m bored (which I do quite often). It makes me think more into what’s going into my body. I felt like my energy was better when I first wake up. It’s truly incredible. Thomas, you have outdone yourself!

day 1: 155.5 listened for eight hours but felt SUPER dehydrated when i woke up. day 2: 152.5 i've watched about 10 videos but none have had these good results day 3: 153 (ate a big meal) listening to it again overnight, ill update in the morning day 4: 153 it seems like nothing else is changing at this point, im using hair ones now - day 7: 151 stopped getting results and after taking a break, results are showing again day 8: 148 pretty happy with this outcome and i lost some of my leg fat, hips are shrinking - day 9: 140 listened for the past 4 days and took a 3 hour nap and lost 5 pounds - day 11: 141 havent been listening too much anymore but ill still do other subliminals here and there day 12: 140 didnt listen last night but i watched another subliminal this morning, 15 pounds gone total. day 13: 139 listened for an hour and im loving the results, also used a booster the entire time day 14: 140 didnt listen, listening tonight though. it has worked very well these past weeks. - day 16: 139 havent really listened lately but im going to listen tonight and see if i get some results - day 18: 135, got results on d16 but currently on vacation in cuba so i might not listen for a while - day 63: i stopped updating for a very long time because i gave up for a while and even though pounds were dropping, my body was changing very slowly and so i decided to start working out more for quicker results, and i find that just relaxing and soothing your mind with these videos really motivates you to work out. i do believe it works, but results are easier and quicker when you combine these with daily workouts. day 64: its currently march 2nd, 2019 and i went to the doctor yesterday to get a BMR scale and concluded that my metabolism has been up a lot in the past year. regardless if im working out, i do think these really help.

guys.. I’m not joking. I tried this last night for the first time ever and yesterday morning I weighed 144.4 and decided I NEEDED to lose a lot of weight. Ok ok.... I KNOW comments that say it worked sound fake... but I stuck with this for the WHOLE nine hours and weighed 7 pounds less than I did the day before.... THIS WASN’T EVEN IN THE MORNING! It was after I had eaten a big breakfast, lunch, a cookie, and had drank a coke! I don’t have a fast metabolism and this makes me want to cry. okay this doesn't make you lose weight just like that poof, it helps create a mindset for weight loss and build better subconscious relationships with food and yourself (listed in the description). if you wake up and weigh yourself it could be water weight that you lost over night. I think this is beneficial if you need motivation or a mental push to stay strong in your weight loss journey. This has helped me a lot. I’ve been listening for about 1-2 hours everyday for about a week now and I’ve already been noticing results. Before first listen, 69,4 kg. After first listen, 68,6. Will weight myself at 11:30 am every day. Super happy with the results so far, gonna listen tonight too. Also, I WILL update every day because I honestly get super mad when other ppl don't, so I wanna be the one who really does this. And my goal is 60kg. If I reach 60kg in less than 5 weeks I'll try to get to 55kg :) This actually works uwu. Day 2: So today i had eaten breakfast before i weighted myself, but i am now 68,3, which u still think is good. For those wondering if this truly works: it does, and I can’t believe it. I’m only sixteen and already I’ve struggled through becoming obese at the age of fourteen, developing anorexia and losing 80 pounds in one year, then recently gaining back 30-40 of those pounds. My weight and my relationship with food has always been skewed, for reasons I still haven’t figured out. I’ve lost hope and regained it so many time as well, telling myself the all too familiar, “this time I’m going to lose the weight.” However, “this time” never lasts. All I’ve ever wanted is to become confident enough for myself, and that’s what I recently set out to do - finally in a healthy way that’s sustainable and which doesn’t make me want to rip myself apart. I’ve listened to so many different subliminals to try and change my mindset surrounding food, but none have ever had a noticeable effect - not until I found this video. I started putting this on my TV and allowing it to play all night while I slept, and I’ve already noticed a WORLD of a difference. Seriously, it’s night and day - so far I’ve lost six pounds in five days!! I no longer feel any urges to stuff myself with junk food because I can or because it makes me feel happier, and it’s easy to eat what I need when I’m hungry and then stop. I don’t derive that kind of pleasure from food anymore, which has been a blessing. I’m also still able to eat a small treat EVERY DAY, feeling completely satisfied afterward (before it would’ve triggered a binge). I wish I could better explain how much this has already changed my life, but I don’t know if words can describe it. All I can say is that if you’re skeptical, just give it a couple of nights and hopefully it will do for you what it did for me. A positive mindset, willingness to change, and this video is all you need to lead a much happier, healthier life! Wow! Honestly didn't think this would work as quickly as it did, I played for three hours because my laptop went dead (forgot to leave charger connected). Woke up, weighed myself and lost 2.2lbs!! I know this video is 3 years old and this review may not be seen by many, but I’ll leave it anyway. I started watching this video on September 2, 2021. I was interested in something that would help me with intermittent fasting. I never had a problem fasting prior to the pandemic. I would keep myself busy to distract from hunger. But now with the pandemic and a new job (requires no overtime, & no working on holidays or weekends) i find myself eating when I’m bored. I played the video every time i slept or napped. I am someone who uses the tv as background noise. So i did have the tv on while the video played. I made sure the volume was loud enough to hear and close to my pillow. I didn’t think it would really do anything but i noticed i went longer without eating. I also noticed that i wasn’t all that enthused by food. Food kinda seemed all the same. I did make sure i ate everyday. My portions were smaller. I can’t really give a breakdown of my day to day loss. My starting weight was 226. As of 9/7/21 my weight is 219. Today i had a croissant from Dunkin’ Donuts and a chai tea. That was at 7:45 am. I could only finish half and ended up eating the rest for lunch at 2:30 pm. And honestly i kinda had to force myself. As of 7:07 pm I can feel hunger pains but I’m not really hungry. I do plan on eating something because my intention is not to starve myself but control my appetite (especially when I’m bored). I have not been particularly active in the last few days so i will contribute the weight loss to this video. I don’t have an ideal weight. I’m 5’7 and have long legs. I have no desire to be skinny. I would look weird. I just want to be shapely and if i get out of the 200’s, then even better.

Idk why people are expecting themselves to instantly weigh less after listening to this video once. This is just a tool to aid you in your weight loss journey by helping you cut back on any unhealthy cravings and to make you want to exercise more. It’s not going to make you loose weight if you don’t make any changes in your daily habits.

Before first listen: 115.8 and note that I excercise everyday for 45mins-1hr and don't eat fast food and pretty good at keeping a good diet. Will update tmr. Ok so update. Im now 108 and I'm so happy. I've been exercising still listening to this every now and then and I am soooo happy. My calves have def gotten slimmer and so have my arms stomach area looks like I got a bit flatter not much and thighs are getting smaller.. I NOW HAVE A GAPPPPP ✝✝😭 okay anyways yea. Idk about this particular one, but I listen to the anxiety and depression one and it changed my life. I am not kidding- not overnight but after about three days- I listen to it am my mood started to shift and now I listen every other night. The confidence for a job interview landed me a great job that I was really not qualified for. Subliminal messages work. Read about them on your own. This one- I have listened to twice and noticed instead of eating a pop tart for breakfast, wheat toast sounded better. THIS is how it works. Listen to what your inner thoughts are saying before you scarf down a giant bowl of pasta. Stop. You will hear yourself asking if you really need all that. Pounds don’t melt off magically. @@neelykhyltash7051 yes it’s working, the update is I bought waist beads and I stopped weighing myself so idk how much more weight I’ve lost since the last comment but my waist beads are shifting lower and it helps me by no allowing me to overeat so I don’t bust the beads. And I’m still using this sound every night
