What kind of workout do you do in the morning 4:12? Do you really think that a 15-minute home workout can be more beneficial than going to the gym for an hour and a half?
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you for taking the time to participate in the contest. The goal of this workout is not only to get you fitter and stronger but also to improve your overall health. It is great for longevity. You do different exercises on different days of the week. I divide these exercises into three categories: 1. Exercise with your weight as your workout equipment (Tabata). 2. Very slow training with weights. 3. Isometric training. Because the exercises change daily, it never gets boring. Plus, it only takes 15 minutes a day which is doable for most people. And yes, I enjoy these workouts way more than going to the gym, because I can do them at home or at the beach, anywhere and anytime. However, if your goal is to build muscle mass, then going to the gym might be a better idea for you. My goal is to be healthy, happy, and fit, and don't spend too much time on exercise, so these workouts are perfect for me. Kind regards.

In your blog, you've mentioned a 15-day free trial. Is it something worth exploring?
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for participating in the contest. Mindvalley offers a 15-day free trial for an All Acess Plan (I've put the link to the trial in the description). You won't have to pay a dime to start and will get full access to the platform for 15 days. If you decide to sign up for the trial, you will be required to provide legit credit/debit card information. The free trial option is a great way to check the quality of courses and it will give you a better understanding of Mindvalley's micro-learning approach. Even if you decide to cancel your account after the trial (which is really easy) you will still gain knowledge during the 15 days and, possibly, will be able to improve some areas of your life. Just remember that if you don't cancel your membership before the free trial expires you will automatically get charged a monthly or yearly subscription fee. Please let me know if you have more questions. Kind regards.

You said that most quests are 30 to 60 days long. So how would the $99 per month subscription work in this case?
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for participating in the contest. I think that a monthly subscription is a great option for those who have a tight budget or those who just want to complete 1-2 quests. FYI, with a monthly subscription you don't get lifetime access to any quests, you are simply renting them for 30 days. There are many quests that last around 30 days, so you can easily complete those within one month. If you want to take a Mindvalley's quest that lasts 35 days, you will still be able to complete it by choosing the quest that started a week ago. You will need to do some catching up at first since you will be joining later than everyone else, but it is doable. However, I really hope that Mindvalley will help you improve financial health and that you will be able to become a full-time Mindvalley learner. Please let me know if you have further questions. Kind regards.

Are you still into it? Which programs have you tried
@vitaliylahno3 жыл бұрын
Hi! I have already tried and completed around 50% of the quests. Mindvalley is now a part of my daily routine and it's included in my daily habit list. I find it easy to find time for Mindvalley quests because the app is always with me on my cellphone and I can learn on-the-go. So whenever I'm taking a walk or just have free time, I open the Mindvalley app and continue where I left off the last time. This way I don't have to waste time browsing and searching for new material. Most quests include meditation practices to help push the knowledge to the subconscious part of the brain. I try to meditate a few hours before going to bed to make sure I won't fall asleep during it. I also keep my daily journal. This keeps me focused, motivated and positive. After I learned how to build a daily habit list and realized how important it is, I made sure to stick to it daily. All new useful mind habits, affirmations, and valuable concepts go there until I practice them enough so they become my second nature. Before going to sleep I remind myself of a state of mind I am trying to achieve, and slowly but steadily it changes my unconscious mind and day-to-day reactive behavior towards how I want it to be (without me having to do much). All these things work for me but all of us are different. It is something that I'm practicing based on knowledge I acquired from Mindvalley and my personal experience. I'm sure you will find your own way. Here is a list of quests that made a paradigm shift in my thinking: Conscious Parenting Mastery Dr. Shefali Tsabary Mastering Authentic Networking Keith Ferrazzi The Quest for Personal Mastery Dr. Srikumar Rao The Habit of Ferocity Steven Kotler Hero. Genius. Legend. Robin Sharma The Silva Ultramind System Vishen Lakhiani Duality Jeffrey Allen The Longevity Blueprint Ben Greenfield Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy for Abundance Marisa Peer Right now I'm on day 25 of "Becoming Focused and Indistractable" Nir Eyal. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Kind regards.

@vitaliylahno2 жыл бұрын
@@verayspa I really liked the course on Becoming Focused and Indistractable by Nir Eyal. It was great! The techniques are simple but powerful. I now have a much better understanding of how to estimate my time, do a better job scheduling, and develop routines. This has helped me to get more done with less effort. The course work if you follow it. Kind regards

Can you share your feedback on the conscious parenting quest? I also have a 3-year-old kid and most days I feel defeated by parenthood.
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Hello! Thank you for participating in the contest. I can totally relate to that. We all love our children, but being a parent can be overwhelming, especially when you try to be a good parent. During this Mindvalley quest, I was taking notes, practicing the behavior changes, and putting my subconcious mind to work. It changed my whole perspective on parenting, and made me more aware of my reactions to my son's behavior. I feel that somehow parenting has gotten easier for me. I understand my son better now, I let him experience life instead of "teaching him how to live", I respect his feelings more. The quest also made me realize that a lot of my own feelings were suppressed by my parents in the childhood and I was doing the same thing to my son. I'm glad that I stopped doing that because it improved my relationship with my child. Kind regards

Are there any discounts? I took 2 free masterclasses and I want to continue learning, but it's too expensive for me now.
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for participating in the contest! Unfortunately, there are no discount codes available at the moment even on coupon websites. I just want to encourage you to stick with Mindvalley, continue learning even if for now, that means only by watching free masterclasses and listening to podcasts. Also, you can read books written by Mindvalley instructors, there is a lot of valuable information there. And remember to implement what you learned into your daily life. Trust me, this will get you to the next level. I also want to mention two budget-friendly options: 1. Mindvalley offers a 15-day free trial. 2. There is an All-Access monthly membership that costs $99. Please let me know if you have more questions. Kind regards.

Hi, can you tell me how to get the access for 99$?
@vitaliylahno3 жыл бұрын
Hello, Anna! I hope all is well. I went to check and it seems that a $99 per month offer is not available at the moment. Originally, Mindvalley ran a $99 per month promotion in January and I thought that they will continue offering this plan. However, now I am not sure if it will be available any time soon. I will follow up on it. Kind regards.

Do the free masterclasses offer the same quality as the paid ones?
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for participating in the contest! Unfortunately, no. Even though the free Mindvalley masterclasses provide a lot of valuable information, they are merely a preview of what the actual quests are. Don't get me wrong, they are still great, but Mindvalley's quests are something of another level. Please let me know if you have more questions. Kind regards.

Thank you for the review. Are you planning to review other online learning platforms? Because I don't think you can learn actual skills on Mindvalley. Correct me if I'm wrong.
@vitaliylahno4 жыл бұрын
Hello! I hope all is well. I might do a couple reviews in 2021. If you want to improve an existing skill or learn a new one that will help you make money, I recommend trying Skillshare (you can find a platform's review on my channel). There are many platforms that teach "money-making skills" but not that many platforms, like Mindvalley, that teach about health (body), wealth mindset (money), relationship (family) and connection to your soul. I believe that when one of these areas in life is not in balance, the rest will suffer as well. For example, if you don't have an abundance mindset, you will likely fail to succeed no matter how many "useful" skills your learn. I'm only speaking from my experience here, but I do believe that in order to achieve better (new) results you need to change your mindset. Let me know if there is anything else. Kind regards
