Synchronicity: as a performer I’ve been focusing on this saying: “don’t let the praise get to your head nor the criticism get to your heart” and I’ve added, “just be thankful for people sharing”. I now understand that I’ve been working according to Christ directions: the straight and narrow or being on “the middle road”. Regardless of what direction life goes in, up or down, I aim to stay grounded and centred because I know and understand my purpose. 18:40 Atlantic Jeffrey, I participated in one of your masterclasses a few months back. Thank you so much. When you offered instructions to working with energy, I followed along. I took my ball of energy and started moving around my body. When I moved to my shoulders and arms I was amazed at the response of my body. They jumped, they shivered, they shook!!!!! It made me laugh soooo hard!!!! Was it a release of my blocked energy? I tend to hold my stress and anxiety in my arms and shoulders. Later, I went shopping. I have never experienced so many people saying hello to me or smiling at me. There was a unique eye contact with each of these people. I felt so full of love for myself and for others. I did my best to send loving energy to all the residents of Tokyo and area after the earthquakes. I hope all is well with you and your wife.

He’s very in tune with his subtle body/energies. He’s practiced harmonizing this subtle energetic field around him (you can call it aura or whatever you like - I prefer the term subtle energy because that’s what it is, subtle, compared to the physical body). I’d say he’s a master in this domain, that’s why listening to him feels great, he feels great himself! He knows how to use his energies to create good feelings and has definitely done a lot of clearing and healing. In the course he briefly says he worked on it a lot, that it took him a lot of work to get his energies great!

I’m watching it right now on Mindvalley and there’s no way to leave you a message there but I just wanted to share with you I’ve been doing this for 29 years I was in a heart but I was into horrible car accidents One I hit as a pedestrian. I’m actually having my 37th operation March 12. I’ve made the mess miraculous recovery because of energy medicine I started doing it intuitively 32 years ago and I wanted to words for what I was doing so I start studying I’m still studying because I want to know I study everything but I’ve had these catastrophic injuries I was a fitness model and an actress and a valet driver the casino in Vegas hit me as a pedestrian my second accident was really bad but this has been the most incredible modality that has changed my life and I am so glad that you were doing what you’re doing I’m sitting here talking to you will you can’t hear me I’m watching you do your your shower with Vishen on mind valley. I just wanted to leave a message somewhere and tell you that you’re doing an incredible service to mankind. We speak the same exact words everything that you’re saying it was so funny because I’m in the same place that you are apparently. Yeah I’ve been studying this with a lot of different people and I’d love to take your course I know that it is I know that I would laugh the whole time because I know that it would just be very interesting because I totally get everything that you’re saying we come from the same place. There are three paths to the future in the exercise. But, only the second path goes directly down slope and there was an arch way at the end. There were friends cheering me up on the side of the path. The first and the third does not even go far at all.
