I love this show and I love Mindy, too! Once I learned she was behind the show, it clicked why I loved it so much! I’m not Indian American, I’m Mexican American, but i think anyone can relate to being a teenager at some point in their life. Davi thinks like a total teenager and the shenanigans she gets herself into are so real. It has some hilarious parts and also some honest and sad parts- she’s dealing with the huge loss of her dad. I binged season 3 Saturday night without realizing haha All the actors on the show are beautiful too!

I love Mindy's shows but so typical she puts the South Asian women with a white man who does not want them. I wish she would put the character with an South Indian man . Mindy writes like her life .
