I’ve had chronic sciatica and neck pain for years. I started acupuncture and cupping a few months ago, and it’s mostly resolved since I started and incorporated stretching at home. Focus on stretching your “sit muscle” aka Gluteus Medius. I used to always focus on my hip flexors thinking those were tight, and maybe they were, but stretching the sit muscle has made a big difference.

I tried HelloFresh last year. I am an extremely picky eater (the type who would constantly buy chicken tenders, etc. at any location). My experience was really good! I was raised with junk food so actually cooking full meals was a big difference to my lifestyle. One thing that shocked me was me enjoying broccoli!! I was so shook that I am going to a grocery store to redo a recipe. I hope you enjoy your GreenCjef subscription!!

As a mom, you can read & read and research on how to co sleep etc. but when you have your baby, it all goes out the window and you just know what to do if that makes sense!! I pray for your journey!!!
@laurawalker99683 жыл бұрын
Hi Mindy! Something to consider... when you make the guest room into a baby room- you could arrange it in such a way that the bed stayed in there. Maybe put the crib where the dresser is and move the dresser out or by the window? (Not a creep, just remember the layout from other vlogs 😂) that way, if guests come or Mom is coming to help, there’s a bed AND if baby is really fussy you and Larry can give each other breaks by staying with baby in that room! It will also help when you want to transition baby to their crib out of your room but don’t want to leave the baby alone (you won’t want to lol 💗) When the baby is a little older and you have a guest you can just pop a pack and play up in your room, or co-sleep. Just ideas..😀 The set up would buy a lot of time too! Really until your little one is ready for a toddler bed and a “big girl/boy” room. Xo
@Emily-ue5fp3 жыл бұрын
I like this idea I've been seeing a lot of people adding a bed into their nursery for that reason 😊 They could even go down to a twin size if they needed some more room and then they would already have a bed for the baby once he or she is old enough.

Wishing you so much luck with your baby journey! So exciting. I'm due July 18th with a baby girl, and wanted to share what we are doing! It's reccomended that baby room shares with you guys for up to a year, and in our room for the time being we have a pack n 'play with a bassinet attachment, as well as another bassinet that we can move around that's in our living room, things like that you can keep them next to your bed! Once they grow out of a bassinet, if they are still in the room with you they can sleep in a crib or a play yard. I hope that was what you were trying to think of lol! I hope that helped! 🥰

And, to see snow on the caps of the mountains, and even to watch the snowflakes gently falling to the ground.. that would bring tears to my eyes. The mountains are beautiful in the Fall. Breathtaking is the word for it. I know I could be happy with a cozy fireplace and the crisp feeling of Fall!! Love y'all!!!

For my husband & I our baby girl was in her crib by 2 1/2-3 months I believe. Personally from hearing out our pediatrician & reading articles & sad stories about SIDS the crib is the best place for baby. With no toys, no bumpers just the sheet. Our daughter was moving around starting around that age & was stretching to where she didn’t fit in the bassinet properly anymore. My husband & I are just so terrified of SIDS that we will not co-sleep or put our daughter in a risk of that of course lay the baby on their back always even when they start rolling over as they get to be around 6 months or so we always check on our daughter once or twice a night to make sure she’s okay. Sleeping through the night can start from 2 1/2-3 Months our daughter did it what helps is a consistent routine/schedule for baby starting from the beginning when you bring baby home. Our pediatrician gave us all this great advice & it helped out a lot because not only does baby need rest but you do too as parents! Also for clothing I had to go up one size so whatever fits you comfortable dresses are great I didn’t care for wearing jeans I know they have maternity jeans & shorts but I didn’t feel comfortable but that’s just me! Can’t wait for more baby journey news! Pray everything works out! 🙏🏼❤️

The baby crib in parent's room is called a Bassinet... and yes, it makes nighttime with a baby worlds easier. It's not a required piece of baby furniture but to many it's a must have. Especially when you're sleep deprived. You can just reach over and just take care of baby and go right back to sleep. Most people (who use them) will leave a baby in parent's room for the first 3-6ish months or until baby has outgrown a bassinet. That's usually the age where they start being able to roll over and they're more active and really need the deeper crib for sleep safe. It will also help you and Larry while you're still getting a schedule established and start to learn your baby's cue's etc. Just having them really close to you can take a lot of the guess work and worrying out of it. But it depends on the baby. One family could have 4 kids and each and every baby can be a totally different journey. I know for us, at 4 months; my daughter was sleeping in her crib and we used the bassinet for around the house during naps. Some people just set up a crib in their room and use that then move it into the baby's room when that time comes... just so it's just one piece of furniture that you have to buy vs two. You'll learn what works best for your family!

Some people say keep baby in your room until 1 year but it is a suggestion. My son is still in our room at 3.5 with the first 5 months in a bassinet beside the bed. My daughter on the other hand, was in her bassinet until 5 months and then went to her crib in her own crib because she sleeps better in quiet with her sound machine.
