Dear friend, You made us very happy when you uploaded the "Mine Frire Special" video. Just as the Mauritian fusion of Stir-fried Noodles is a classic, so is the Minn Bwi which forms an integral part of the "patrimoine culinaire de l'île Maurice". Before the SARS-CoV-2 pademic, Festival Minn Bwi was becoming popular, the Minn Bwi recipe was revisited. Other side dishes were added to accompany this recipe. Unfortunately due to sanitary lockdown and physical distancing, the festival is not celebrated as it used to be. We should be thankful to you if you could do a series of side dishes to accompany our Minn Bwi; be it with meat, poultry, fish, octopus, crab and so on. When ever you cook the side dish, if you can prepare both the curry and bouillon with the same ingredients and/or scrap meat, it would be great in a series for instance: Kari pul ek buyon pul (Bouillon made with scrap whole chicken); Kari lavyann ek buyon kott; Kari pwason ek buyon latet pwason; Kari orit; Kari masala somon; Buyon Krap; Lefwa mouton; Satini sevrett; Minn ranverse I hope that my suggestion would be taken into kind consideration. Cordially, Mortician

Just discovered your channel! Loving all the recipes 😊😋 wondering if you use any gadget to get your veggies so thinly sliced?

Hi there, so glad that you like our videos! 😊 All the veggies were cut with a knife in this video. However you can use a mandoline slicer to get your veggies thinner!
