For the painting one, if you double it up, you can put a door. close the door and put a presserplate on a block next to the door, then when you throw an item on the presserplate it will open the door, then you can walk through collect the item then the door closes.

The armor stand door doesn't work on Bedrock. The connection with the Redstone amplifier only goes to the upper sticky pistons.

These all look great! Im building a mooshroom cult. The main build is going to be a giant temple, but it will be surrounded by villages, and i needed ways to get from the villages into the underground tunnels, and from the main temple down into the catacombs/dungeon/creepy torture areas.

I play on a server with my boyfriend and his friend. My boyfriend doesn't get on very often, so his friend and I built a secret base directly underneath his 😂 we're gonna see how many secret entrances we can make before he notices. So far we have a water elevator behind his house, underground stairs from the hill behind his house, and a tunnel that goes like 100 blocks away where my personal base is. The entrance in my base is covered by a painting, but I'll definitely need to do this painting trick! I bet I could pull off the first one, too. And maybe the bookshelf one

Whenever I looked at the snow layers, I just think “if there is a way to place that on a block that you can pass through it like a trap door, then it would be an easy trap” but idk if that’s possible, i got this idea from glitches in my minecraft world where snow is hovering above water pools or lava pools

I think the problem with the Shulker entrance is that if someone try’s to steal your stuff, they’ll probably take the shulker, uncovering your secret base.

Fixable (1.21 update): 1. Copper bulb behind the observer 2. Comparator next to the copper bulb pointing at the pistons 3. Link the comparator and the pistons with redstone dust

The problem with the snow one is that if someone places water above so the top layer snow will disappear and the entrance will be visible :)

I have an issue with the first secret entrance. The observer only powers the pistons for one tick and then turns off, so it doesnt work. I am on bedrock btw. Any fix for this?

What does waterlog the stairs mean? In the first one the character is doing absolutely nothing and the door opens for no reason I built it exactly the way it was here but nothing is happening.
