starts off just vibing with everyone swears loyalty to the crastle early moves in with etho, is a mole for dogwarts against the sand people forced by cleo to prove loyalty by being a mole for the crastle against dogwarts, everyone is still dubious rushes to defend bdubs... gets betrayed and murdered what an arc! impulse you provided so much entertainment to this series, I was really rooting for you! can't wait to see another series of 3rd life.

I can't wait for more to come!

Impulse played so smart with the villagers and swamp mining, and was loyal to D1C all the way to the end, literally. They were never loyal to him. Cleo, or Bdubs, clearly. The funny thing is, the Red Army aren't the villains. All Ren wanted from the beginning was everyone to honor trades. But instead, BDubs and ZombieCleo strong armed his enchanting service, and Grian and Scar were relentless with threats. Seeing everyone's perspectives has been so fun and it all comes together into a big story. Thanks for the series Imp!

Impulse lived a very sad story in this series. He tried to side with everyone. Noone really trusted him from the start to the ending. He had no real friends because the only friends he had he either betrayed them or they betrayed him. I think he's the only one who hasn't changed much since the start and had his goals straight. These “Wars” are more fun at the tree punching stage with a limited number of deaths. I wonder if they could add a mod in a “mining fatigue beacon” and build a castle for a special entity and play “capture the flag/ king”? The hermits include professional game designers, the most important thing to to have fun to make fun content, so take me with a grain of salt. I really think this was a fun series for my household to watch.

Everyone is going to. They very obviously planned ahead that this recording session they would fight until it is last man standing because Martyn titled his finale, and in last weeks episode Tango ended it with "Next Week The Stalemate Ends." This was meant to be like a 2 month mini-series for the Hermits to bridge the gap between seasons and for the others like Joel, Scott, Jimmy, Martyn, B, and Skiz to have some fun and pump out more content. I'm sure Scott in particular enjoyed having something to de-stress from prepping MCC stuff. Here's to hoping for a Season 2 somewhere down the line. But also, get excited for Hermitcraft S8!

That ending was AMAZING! I loved how 3rd life had real conflicts and allegiances unlike the more playful ones on hermitcraft. It has been such an intense drama filled series despite only lasting 9 episodes.

Awwww, poor Impulse! What a great series though! The editing and music was seriously incredible. You did a very good job of building up the tension repeatedly. So fun to watch! I really hope you all do something similar again in the future if you can.

What a fitting A. Hamilton quote! I mean in some ways I think that's how Impulse's character worked, even tho he was "day one crew" he still tried to play all sides until he was forced to choose a side. If you stand for nothing, what will you fall for? For Impulse, he was the betrayer to all and so he was betrayed by his day one crewmate! Great season, great character arc, great fun :)

Not really required more so it was good timing. It was only a small miniseries with limited recording time so it likely wouldn’t have interrupted any HC S8 recording because it didn’t interrupt HC S7

Bdubs is my favorite, but man that was cold. i didnt realize how sad it actually was until i watched Impulses view, and realized he literally only went over there to see if Bdubs was ok :(

That one hurt. Poor Impulse, he thought he was just following the plan by infiltrating the red kingdom but it ended up undermining his trust with his own allies instead and ultimately led to him getting killed by his own teammate. R.I.P. 😵

Man, this was such an excellent series, featuring everything from shenanigans, friendship, and banter to tension, battles, and betrayal. You really couldn't tell how things would turn out and it was so fun watching everyone's perspective each week. I'll be looking forward to Season 2!
