Season 10 has been my favorite up until now because they finally understood that we don't watch them because they play minecraft, we watch because they are friends playing together, having fun, goofing off. The playing minecraft is just the medium for "hanging out with them" . ^^

This whole event was honestly legendary! I didn't get to see this part with the bingo, but I'm glad I got to catch most of the first day. I've been going through a really hard stressful time in my life as well as a depressive episode. But all of you guys have genuine brought smiles and laughter into my life when things have been looking so bleak. I was able to stay afloat among the depression just simply watching my favorite content creators do something so nice for people in need while also being their usual goofy selves with their shenanigans and creative entertaining segments. You all really inspire me a ton to keep on being creative and being silly and giving to those in need. And finding that sometimes one of the simplest joys in life, that can go a LONG way, is helping those in need. Even if it is just one dollar.

This wasn't a public event. Gamers Outreach do a gamers streaming charity fundraise once a year for many years. Otherwise those seats would have been packed! Maybe they can raise money next time by selling or auctioning seats and include a meet n greet.

They leave a lot of money behind, eating, drinking, supporting all forms of benefit. (fyi: a burger doesn't cost 1 dollar, but 2 or more dollars. what you pay extra goes directly to the cause at hand. 😉 One example from my state: The Warmest Week, half of december, just before Christmass. We lock up 4 radiohosts during 5 days, they live and work in that small space for the entire duration of the event: 5 days. Thousands of people gather to see suprise acts (they come for free, and are announced hours before their gig, during the day and night, 24/7 (during a week long event) people pay 1 € for 1 song (by sms, pm or any other system), Meanwhile all over the state, smaller organisations raise money to donate, send their representatives to give a cheque (simbolicly, the money is transferred by bank). Each and every initiative gets their 5 famous minutes. In a (socialistic) state with 11 million people, we gather more than 8 million every year to support those who are in need of extra support, attention. This is a private organisation, raising money for a bigger cause. ;-)

They definitely fucked up the marketing here, I had no idea this was happening until it was over. That Bingo game looks like a new Life Series concept that would be terrific, but probably to hard to pull off. Also after seeing Grian and Jimmy interacting irl, watching their body language, mimic and all, my concerns about Jimmy being bullied by him and other have completely vanished. I proud myself in my ability to read people and you can see without a doubt, those two like each other and everything REALLY IS just banter between friends. Especially seeing how Grian looks at Jimmy when he shouted "stop jumping" you can't hear it but you can clearly see the affectuous exasperation with a friend written on his Face! :3

The Gamers Outreach charity event wasn't a public event. It is a gamers steaming event but for this year, the Hermits worked to join in person and kept it secret! My mind was blown when I watched Scar's opening stream that kicked off the Hermits fundraising.
