This gold farm produces 1650+ gold blocks per hour using an insane mechanic called boat looting! This farm is singleplayer friendly, doesn't require spawnproofing and doesn't require bedrock breaking. It will get you all the gold you could ever need for golden apples, bartering or anything else! This farm is so fast because it gets the mobs out of the mobcap very very quickly, which lets more piglins spawn to take their place. This gold farm kills 54,000 zombified piglins per hour, so if you are like me, and were killed in your hardcore world by a piglin, you can get revenge using this farm :) This is an improved version of my old gold farm design, so there is a tutorial for how to upgrade the farm, and also a tutorial for how to build this farm from scratch.

@HatrGatrSFM as @Aspratic said you will need two people if this farm is built on a multiplayer server. I was using carpet to spawn a bot in the OW which would allow the farm to continually run. Little caveat, you don't need to have 2 people if there is no one online in the server but you.

I followed the tutorial up to where the schematic branches off for the shulker loader. When building that part of it, do you place the shulker boxes that are in the schematic manually? Or once you finish with it do they get auto placed by the redstone?

This farm is so insanely good. I modified it in creative to include carpet autocrafting so it compacts the gold into blocks and made the nugget sorters double speed to lower the number of them you need down to only 10 with like 99% of nuggets getting picked up with that many. Tip to others though is to watch the tutorial and don't be goofy like me thinking you can just build it using a schematic. I couldn't figure out why the boats weren't working after them flying everywhere like 5 times before realizing you needed to raise the portal by a block to do it first since I skipped ahead in the tutorial lmao. Awesome farm though!

Finally done building this in my survival world! Also I have a few tips. On the overworld bridge, it would be better to first put on the roof and then the water. I was in a taiga biome and it snowed sometimes, causing the water to freeze and in the end al the water was source blocks. Also be carefull when using an autoclicker at 11 ticks. If you pause the game while the autoclicker is enabled and you are targeting the armor stand, the game will do a few more hits causing the armor stand to break (at least in my case). Also some parts of the tutorial are too sped up. If you have multiple rows with chest (3 or more), then you don't need 3 filters with gold ingots. One of two is enough. Otherwise this is a great farm!

@Mir Ahnaf Taseen make a copy of the world, (if you don’t wanna hit open to lan) and type in chat /carpet commandplayer true, and it should say change permanently click on it and it should automatically make a command hit enter on your keyboard. Then open that world folder tha ur using and you should see carpet config file in that world that you done it on you can copy the text file and paste it in other worlds. But the command to actually do the command is /player (ur gamer tag) attack interval 11 To stop attacks /player (ur gamer tag) attack once voila If this is to complicated I can make a video if you want😁

if you place 3 boats stacked on top of each other with 2 mobs (i find chickens to be the easiest) in each boat (boats with mobs inside don't go through nether portals), it makes it so you don't have to wait for pigmen to push each other outside of the portal in the overworld, they will be immediatly pushed out by the boats and that should slightly increase the productivity of the farm. The boats need to be 3 because the portal is 3 blocks high, if you use a taller portal you should use more boats accordingly. You also need to change the number of boats depending on the width of the portal: 2 blocks of width = 1 boat, 4 block = 2 boats and so on

For those having trouble with breaking of armor stand despite not having fire aspect, it might be due to u lagging in ur server, so the world that you’re in didn’t register the 11 ticks, and it will cause u to hit the armor stand rapidly and continuously when it’s not lagging for that split second. To fix this download carpet mod, do /playerme attack interval 11. Hope it helps

A longer version of my previous comment :) Current my issue: I went for an AFK session and my armor stand was broken at the end. I am guessing that the 11 tick delay might have been too little, so my next guess is trying out 12 ticks. Two older issues: One more thing I noticed was mobs spawning on the immovable block near the slime and honey that launches the items over the sorter. I fixed that by replacing it with a beacon block The issue that took me the most time to fix is that this farm assumes you use vanilla, I use the Masa's mod feature of having stackable shukerboxes, this creates an insane amount of buffer in the system, I fixed that by creating a storage system that fills a shulkerbox with a single item before putting it in the system, in my case I added one gold nugget to every yellow shulkerbox before letting it go into the storage of (almost) "empty" SKB Thanks again (with explanation): Thank you so much for making such a nice video, I really like it from a mathematical point of view, and a didactic point of view. The speed is without mercy, but it's good, since you want to bring across, -so much-, information without knowing the level of your audience. My Dutch and mathematical background, makes me appreciate how you combine all these things and present it in a practical and fun format.

Thank you! Glad u fixed the old issue, ur current issue is easily fixable fortunately. Thats a lag issue that can be fixed in one of two ways. Basically, every world is run on a server and the server is supposed to run at 20 ticks per second but sometimes when using a laggy farm like mine the ticks per second goes below 20, so if ur clicking every 10 ticks from a client side mod like tweakeroo, it will actually be clicking faster than every 10 ticks in game time. So to fix it u can use a server side autoclicker which is in the carpetmod but it requires going into cheats mode and using commands to turn on. Or u can replace one of the front fences in the killing chamber with a nether brick fence and then remove the armor stand and hit the zombified piglins directly. Carpet mod will get u the advertised rates while the other option may lose some rates due to entity cramming.

I don't know if this will help anyone but if you overworld portal happens to be in a cold biome, place torches above the top water sources on the overworld tube to stop the water from freezing. The water in the bubble columns wont freeze.

Farm works very well in 1.20.4. Took me around 8h to build (i‘m not a fast builder). But in my opinion you play the video way too fast in order to follow you in normal speed. I had to set speed to 0,5 to avoid a stroke. So I would appreciate a slower, easier to follow tutorial in the future. I also did a magma farm prior to this farm to not having to collect the magma in the nether. Looking forward to 1.21 for when the auto-crafter comes out, so I will get gold blocks out at the end!

You must be in 1.16 + for it to work. Your sword must not have smite or fire aspect as it will destroy the armor stand. Make sure you understand how portal linking works. 1 block in the nether equates to 8 blocks in the over world.

Hey, im making a similar farm but with regular mobs and does the top glass platform for pack spawning matter if it's at the height platform? Amazing farm! Great work, only thing I’ve noticed is the piglins are able to pick up swords. So they’re constantly in a trade off so they get stuck and don’t respawn. Currently just fly away then back again and quickly cull the killing chamber before more can spawn when finished using.

wait where are they not despawning? because if they are in the killing chamber they should die from powder snow and entity cramming, or if they arent despawning on the spawning platforms they should go into the portals. the only place that could happen is in the overworld bridge, but since that will unload after 15 seconds it shouldnt matter.

I was so confused why my rates were so much slower than the farm when after a few hours I realized I had shulkers in spawn chunks causing less pigmen to spawn since they took up the mobcap 😂. Now that that’s fixed this farm is literally insane

Built today in 1.20.4 and 15 minutes in it’s pretty insane. Haven’t tallied gold yet but it’s a lot. The Xp is also ridiculous. Well done dash. One thing that worked for me: bring potions of night vision and water breathing to make the placing kelp a bit easier.

@@Bluejay327 the problem i’m having is that the pushing chamber isn’t linking to glass pillar that’ll lead to the killing chamber i imagine instead the portal in the nether is linking to the portal that was 200 hundred blocks away from the chamber if that makes sense

For the people who plan to use shulker loaders: You will need 65 shulker box’s per hour you plan to afk which will be about 6 double chests of shulkers for every 5 hours. Also note that the resource list includes the item sorters he builds in the video. Make sure to account for that when you are gathering your own resources

To specify my math a double chest has 54 slots which leaves 11 excess boxes per hour. 54 of those 55 in a 5 hour period would be an extra double chest hence the total of 6 per 5 hours.

1.19.4. spigot running like a charm! I was actually surprised HOW MUCH gold this produced even in the 10 minute test run I did at first. Tutorial could be better - slower, more overview shots, better description etc. I should have used the schematic from the start :) takes a bit to build but oh is it worth it! thanks for sharing

I will say, I did some testing, and the 650k gold farm can actually work decently well if you have a PC with decent specs, just remember to give minecraft extra memory usage! I know a lot of folks just leave the memory usage at 2 gigs, so suggesting building the 650k farm would be a bit ridiculous for those folks, but I think I'm going to build the 650k gold farm in my world, so thank you so much for providing the info for it in the description as well!

Farm is working in 1.20.4. I'm also using the 1.21 data pack for the auto crafter (like in Hermitcraft). First 10 hours on the farm AFK (using Tweakeroo Periodic Attack) is 1613 gold blocks per hour. I created my own collection system with 18 plain hopper filters for nuggets with a 19th filter for ingots. The 18 hoppers feed 6 crafters which feed 2 shulker loaders. I'm storing boxes of ingots (not blocks) so I can take them directly to the bartering farm which is just 100 blocks away. Thankfully pumpkin headed piglins don't count towards the mob cap.

Just in case, It didnt worked for me until I noticed Pigmans were not attracted to eggs due to MobGriefing turned off. It must be on so they get attracted to them. I know it's very silly but it gave me a headache to finally end the farm and not seing it work xD Good guide, thank you

Problems with the armour stand (possibly my fps @ 30/25) but if you stand far left with back against sand and use sweeping edge 3 then a armour stand isn't necessary. Thanks for the farm, still working

The lower trapdoors in front of the boat looting portal are not needed, but still is a good sense of security.

pro tip when making this farm place a haste 2 and speed 2 beacon down it will make doing the platforms a lot faster you could also use jump boost as well if u like that
