Minecraft, but it’s a Portal Parkour Music Sync

I love music synchronization, I love portals, and I love complicated contraptions. This video combines all three. Very excited to finally be able to share this! It has been months in the making.

Here's a fun fact about the start of the video I'd like to share. My goal was to create a dark cavern with randomly placed twinkling lights. Using worldedit I found a method to place the redstone lamps with a random distribution. Once they were placed I wanted to connect all of them with a single line of redstone. Sounds easy, but it turns out, finding the shortest path to connect all of them was the NP-hard traveling salesman problem. One crude python implementation later, I had them all connected! 3:51 if your making another level with the diving part,I recommend using structure void blocks to not let water come through instead of signs,since the structure void doesn't let water go through itself except entities (like a "player" for example),when holding the structure void block item in your hand,it will be visible,when holding a different item,it will become invisible Hope this helps

Man, I went into this (weirdly after watching some other videos of yours yesterday as they were recommended), and I had no idea what the song was going to be. Then it hits out with the awesome synths of my favourite OG Minecraft song with a pretty good remix! Fantastic utilisation of the Immersive Portals, absolutely nailed those transitions. I'd be lying if I wasn't watching every video for a hidden cut or two, but absolutely no evidence, and 81 tries seems like you got lucky with this one! Hats off to you, really! :)

Your subtle improvements are amazing, this time was using clever portals to have way more movement and creative syncs~ I do enjoy that you threw away the items after use, having a crowded hotbar is jus a lil distracting sometimes. Maybe next time you could sync the drops of the items to the song, see them go through a conveyor belt or water glass, and pick them back up later when they're needed again.
