@@rubengoldman5830 to find a loot chest with a golden apple in it because you can't get apples from trees because you don't have trees and then use that Golden Apple to cure a zombie villager to then get emeralds

@@CaedmonOS But you need also need a splash potion of weakness to cure the villager, and to brew that you'd need a fermented spider eye. how would you get the necessary sugar and brown mushrooms? i could see there being a chance for mushrooms to grow in a cave, but probably not sugar cane.

@@rubengoldman5830 true the sugar canes not possible so even that doesn't work there is no way to get villagers but shipwrecks can sometimes contain emeralds if I'm correct you could use that to buy the tree and if you were really smart you could use that to also buy sugar cane to then proceed to get yourself a villager farm

My guess before watching the video: It does depend on if the stronghold would be flooded as well, and if a custom mod would be used to flood the Nether and End, and if the sea level is set to the default 63 or the max 255. Assing no to all, and a deathless run, the answer is yes, but not easily. Fish for food, you can slowly dig up underwater blocks to create a platform to help survive better and for spawning Endermen. Wood can be obtained from shipwrecks, iron and diamonds can be found as treasure, rare though they may be. Eventually you could make a nether portal, armour, and weapons, though it would be tedious without luck. You might also be able to find a cave that isn't fully flooded, though I believe update aquatic made that very rare under ocean biomes, so you could potentially also mine. I don't recall if seeds or saplings can be found as treasure, but if so you'd eventually be good on resources. Otherwise wood would be limited, so searching for materials in chests may be the better option than mining anyway. With eventual access to Endermen and thus Ender Pearls and Blazes for Blaze Powder, you could find a stronghold and open the portal, leading to a very difficult fight against the dragon (only tridents for ranged attacks on the crystals, likely only iron armour and sword but maybe a diamond sword with luck or a lot of searching). There you go Flooded stronghold? And there's the first issue. I don't think you can create an End portal underwater. You'd need to dry out the room first, which would take time unless you manage to find and clear an ocean monument for sponges. Max height for sea level would make Enderman farming for the pearls tough, if not impossible. Mods to flood the Nether and End would make getting getting blaze powder impossible. Not deathless but everything normal would be a guaranteed eventually

There's an agriculture technique in Mexico called "chinampas", which basically consist in building islands on water bodies out of dirt and wood and stuff, which were used to grow crops and basically live there

Actually, it is possible for strongholds to be generated in the ocean. I'm not sure how this happens, but sometimes a completely exposed stronghold will generate at the bottom of an ocean. You can actually see the portal room from outside through the iron bars. I've randomly gotten one before in an amplified world, and I'm pretty sure Dream also has a video where they found an underwater exposed stronghold. My guess it has something to do with some parts of the ocean being registered as another biome and the stronghold generating there despite the ocean.

Making an iron or stone shovel would cost you the value of one wood plank. Having played a floating island beach world where would is also scarce, I can tell you that making tools is a time saver. Just make them as high tier as you can.

I think you can make a custom world, so you can add a stronghold while also setting the water level to whatever you want, among other things.

I would have crafted a bed (wool can be obtained via 4 string in a square) and a fishing rod. Fishing rods can give you nice surprises and a free food source, granted you're not in the nether. Yes, you can fish in a 1x1 water pool.

You could get saplings in an all ocean world by trading with a wandering trader after you found enough emeralds. It would take a while, but it is theoretically possible.

I don't believe you really have to conserve your use wood to that extent. You should have invested in a boat and used that to search for more shipwrecks. It would also solve your food problem, since you'd find enough food in chests to keep you going.

I've always wondered if it would be possible foremojang to add a sort of Aquatic world mode. It would be similair to one peice where 90-95% of the world is ocean with varying seeds of course and would have to be manually selected. Would be a game mode similair to the amplified.

I have a challenge for this content creator. Beat minecraft without natural mob spawns, this is possible on both versions of the game. Secondary challenges to add to this: Get a chicken. Breed get 5 villagers. Build all types of golems.

You could always do this yourself (I mean you, the reader and viewer) but define a different end goal, since there are Elder Guardians to fight, as well as the tough enemies in the end (soon to be augmented) and the possibility of spawning a Wither to fight. Too bad you can't do small beach islands, call it a Wind Waker challenge, and beat it that way.
