I've only recently found flowstate and similar content creators mostly being Bdubs and Lowresbones who both approach Minecraft as a creative and more story driven game, I'm both inspired and intrigued by their own worlds and series. At the end of the day I hope content creation for general is not brain rotting like skibidi toilet and shit like that idfk. Thanks for your outlook on not only the content scene for Minecraft but as a whole.

It’s truly an annoying thing to deal with nowadays with the brain rotting content increasingly being popularize by the somewhat community. Most content creators mostly just prioritize on little kids with their hella large mouth just because it’s somewhat entertaining. Worse I’m seeing genuinely good content from a small number of content creators seemingly being burnt out in a short matter of time due to the amount of original idea they’re starting to lack of with larger upload schedules. Sure some return I guess but it’s whatever :/ Thanks for pointing it out ._.

In my opinion datapack creators are a pretty good source of like original content, like some just make a pack for something, then make a pack for something else. Sure they are all datapacks but most of them are different things, like ones a new dimension, ones a new weapon, then another is an entire anime’s power system in minecraft

I loved this channel due to its originality and how it stood out compared to all the other slop out there but all these videos take time an effort a lost trade due to the algorithm prioritizing quantity over quality I hope one day the people who put there hearts and souls into what they do get there time in the spotlight and change this platform for the better all we need just just a chance Good luck with your future endeavors I hope to see another video from you again one day

one of the many reasons i think minecraft is going to be entering another dark age soon if we don't get something new or refreshing is because of how many content formulas are repeated again and again. when the smp type of content originally came out it was a huge refresher to minecraft content and helped bring the game back into its peak again. but it kept on getting used again and again, the same formula being seen everywhere. these types of smps are literally destroying minecraft content right now, and if we want to make sure minecraft doesn't enter another dark age again, then we have to change it up a bit. you can see some small amounts of cinematic minecraft content get made, but lots of them also just integrate into the same smp formula as well. If something like the scripted story of the dream smp was made in a more cinematic manner, presented in videos and written well, maybe that could work. there are so many things we can do to change the way content gets made but nobody wants to step up and make a change in their style of videos.

I feel that the main problem with modern Minecraft content is that is that it has lost all of its soul. Many of the older Minecraft KZbinrs fell victim to this change too. Ssundee? Was once a beloved member of the community, and while he is doing fine now, his content has been watered down to younger generations and many of his older fans didn't care for it anymore. BlueMonkey? That one Minecraft animator who made those amazing nd hilarious old animations? Now just milking Alex and Steve. Many other people who also had talent either quit or got exposed for doing something bad. I feel that the main reason for the shock in changes, is because of the KZbin ecosystem. I watched your channel back when you were making Backrooms videos, and what I liked about them was that unlike other videos, it spiced things up with the editing and filming. The videos did a good job explaining the levels, they looked good, they had charm (most notably with the jokes), and they had effort put into it, despite riding on the Backrooms bandwagon. As such, it stood out and I was able to tell that this channel was worth subbing to. I really hope you will be able to produce many other high quality videos like this one and the Backrooms, and I wish this for other people who are just starting out.

Popular things are what most people are interested in. KZbin just shows how many people clicked on a video with the "views" count. Yes, KZbin can pull a few strings by increasing the chance of recommending certain content and not other, but it's mostly people deciding what they want to click on and what they don't, "The Algorithm" does not have as much of an effect on it as some say. It's mostly people who "want you to create the same type of content over and over and over" and less so "The Algorithm" because KZbin does not care about what people like, KZbin just wants you to stay on the website for as long as possible to make more ad revenue, and it just so happens that people click on repetitive content more. Edit: I'm not saying a problem does not exist, but I'm saying that people blame it on "The Algotithm" instead of on viewers who actually click on the kind of repetitive content you describe.
