Ok so I know it is the First Chapter and all but I have a dumb theory with zero evidence. Gizzy just seems too Friendly and happy for a place that is shut down. I got a feeling it is just an act to make Sam believe that nothing is going on behind the scenes. As shown Gizzy has a friendly voice and nonchalant attitude to the situations around them and playing it off as a big joke to me. On the other hand Sam is more cautious and somehwhat going along with everything without question to appease Gizzy. I think later on we are going to learn that Gizzy isn't who he says he is and is gonna use Sam to complete some type of quest he was sent on.
