:D Can't tell exactly but several weeks definitively. First I wanted to make everything without cheating but when I started the great hall (until there it's really made by hand) I realized that MCEdit can be a truly time saving friend. ;)

Like I wrote in the description: The collumn hall was first done with creeper TNT, then with cheated TNT, and finally with MCEdit. Everypart after the great Hall was made with MCEdit too.

i dont meen to be nitpicky, but if my memory srevs me correctly, the tomb was at the entrance of the mine, because Gimmly ran to it when the lake monster closed them in. Now if you are going after the book portrayal i wouldnt know as i have yet to read teh book. other than that this is the most amazign thing in Minecraft my friend, keep on crafdting, or mining (and the irony of the dwarfs beign miners)

I had to split the map into 4 parts to send it via mail and I did it with winRAR so you can get it as .rar but I don't see a problem with .rar (and you can also extract it with e.g. 7zip)

i dont think its real. it dosent show your heart in creative mode and dosent say flying when u fly it dosent seem real. i dont know i couldbe rong but i have that kind and i dont belive its real idk i could be rong?

This was long before creative mode, I used an old fly mod, which titled "flying" in the corner and furthermore you see the toomanyitems mod when I'm in the inventory, so it is real! ;)
