Speaking of wild ravagers around the overworld. It would be cool to see them spawn in taiga forests since it kind of matches their color scheme. A bonus is that wild ravagers can be tamed, riding a camel is nice but it's still too slow so you'd still use a horse. For the ravager it would be nice to let 4 or 2 people ride it and it should have its own skillset (charge attacks/ram attacks/etc).

Changes I would make to the trader: Can trade like 4x more sand Can trade coco beans Can trade any overworld ore block for 4 - 64 emeralds each depending on the ore Can trade 1 ultra rare items very rarely, like a heart of the sea, a sponge or an elytra for 64 emeralds, however this could only happen after local difficulty has maxed out where they spawn in. Can trade tridents Can trade treasure exclusive books May want to buy certain items like logs, stone, feathers, water bottles and cooked food. Sells common nether exclusive blocks, like soul soil, warped and crimson nylium, and nether gold and quartz ore. Also can we just appreciate how the dye trades are actually kinda totally worth it? 3 dye for 1 emerald? Thats so good when you don't have a dye farm.

In defense of Bats they are useful for finding caves while mining. When you hear a ba undergroundt you know there's a cave nearby. Also Blaze's do make a sound when they shoot fireballs I don't know what iskall85 is talking about, no way should Blaze be F tier.. Also Cows are more useful than Pigs. Pigs only drop pork & riding them isn't that fun. Meanwhile Cows drop food & leather & give up milk for cakes & curing effects.

Have you ever used an Allay? They are very handy to have around. Definitely more so than a horse. A horse just carry’s you around slightly faster than running speed. Allay’s are basically vanilla item magnets, except they will put items in chest too if you so desire. Incredibly useful. I can’t believe they only gave them a C, especially considering neither of them has even used them! 😮

Iskall has some pretty hot takes. I was ok with list till the blazes were ranked. 5 mobs in and I already hate it. Yes blazes snipe you from far away and that’s annoying. But that sounds more like a skill issue. They are a mob straight out of hell of course they would be annoying. Iskall should consider what each mob drops not just if they have bad game design.

He's a mod developer. He is more pissed by game design that he thinks is bad, than he is from loot drops that he thinks are bad. And I kinda agree. The silent projectile is irritating. It's as if creepers were fully silent and had insane speed. You would not know it was heading your way until you looked at it. The creeper's sizzling atleast gives a moment for quick reflexive players to save themselves. Blazes are just annoying.

You can't really react to something that doesn't have audio or visual indication. Blazes are fun to fight when they are in render distance though.

Witch farms I'd say aren't as popular as they used to be since the introduction to raid farms but I'd still say they pretty popular and pretty great, and much more challenging to build , so I think the satisfaction of building one correctly is much more rewarding personally , also its much cooler seeing harder to build farms in people's survival world than the easier farms that everyone who dabbles farm building usually build

What you've got to consider about wolves is that no matter how good they are for combat, they'll always have a few key weaknesses: • Friendly fire. With more than a few wolves, its very likely for you to hit them a few times during combat when trying to attack enemies • Fall Damage and elytra. Part of buffing wolves would be fixing their pathfinding, swim speed and teleportation abilities so they would teleport over longer distances while still in range, or when they would be unloaded. Key weakness here is that with these fixes using an elytra could cause them to fall and die, and even with smart AI, they may still push each other off cliffs. • Lava and Explosions: regardless how smart the wolves are and how strong they are, AOE things will still do massive damage to them and so will lava, specifically in PVP situations. This applies to firework rockets from crossbows, and crystals and channeling tridents as well. • Peircing and Multishot. Lets be real, with these enchantments you'll be doing damage to multiple wolves at once. • The Nether and End. No matter how good wolves are, they will always be very vulnerable in these dimensions. Using splash potions like fire res or slow falling may make them viable, and if so, I think thats good balance. • Playing the game. Lets face it, the reason most people permanently sit wolves down is because get in the way of placing and breaking blocks. Fixing their AI won't fix this. In conclusion, I can't see the player benefitting from having more than a few wolves with them at a time playing support, no matter how mojang improve the AI. That said, there are some other tweaks they could make to prevent them being too strong: • combat disengage. They will only attack mobs and players that you attack first, and will stop fighting a target if the player dies or hasn't hit it within 30 seconds. When not fighting, they will run and hide to avoid being attacked. This forces the player to maintain an active role in combat. • Mob Hostility. When hostile mobs that can't explode detect tamed wolves, they will aggro onto the tamed wolf like they would the player. • Wolf Mastery. This is a more mod-like idea, but if there were a set of unique achievements relating to wolves that would allow you to essentially unlock the ability for tamed wolves to fight with you, or fight better with you, if would provide some challenge to actually achieving wolves in combat being even remotely viable. This would make gaining these better wolves feel more rewarding as you'd have earnt it as well as turning this into a form of horizontal progression for the game. A new item called the wolf whistle could also be nessisary in keeping the wolves focused and behaving in combat, requing you to devote an inventory slot for them.

I have a few ideas to give the bat a function, and those are 1. rename rabbit hide to hide, and make them drop it 2. make them drop a bat eye which gives night vision briefly when eaten (knowing mojang, as this is too “unrealisitic” something like this would never happen) 3. make them drop a bat ear which brews into a potion that like...makes you see mobs through walls...i guess, idk🤣

My one things with wolves is that I always wished that they were kinda like cats (were it scares a certain mob). Cat scare creepers and wolves would scare skeleton (cause bones lol). I don't know I thought that would be a better function for them, also when you destroy the skeleton it would retrieve the bones. Is that just me.

I dunno if Iskall watched any of the Secret Life stuff, Grian, and some hermits were doing recently, but the Camels were probably the best contributors to some of the funniest moments I've ever seen. For that reason, I'd sooner rank them at A. Horses should be bumped up a rank to at least C because Donkeys, and the cross bred Mules, don't exist without them. They're all three from the same update generation they were introduced in (snapshots notwithstanding). I mean, I do get the whole 'crappy stats' thing with horses stinks, but that's why you can just leave them with their herd--they're self sufficient, they're not gonna follow you home, or into battle like a tamed wolf would. If you don't dearly need the leather, then they're okay to be free in an unloaded chunk forever.

The breeze is an S tier mob because it has wind charges which explode but do no damage to the environment or players (unless it is a direct hit, then it does do damage). Also wolves are better than dogs imo bc you can be fighting a skeleton and a random wolf comes to the rescue from behind while dogs attack them head on and get shot.

My makn memory ofnthe parrot is when j was briefly playing bedrock. I got a bunch of parrots because parrots cool. I went through a nether portal and spent like an hour trying to leave and eventually figured out you couldnt use nether portals when a parrot gets on your shoulder.

6:21 no you can eat tropical fish it's just it fill half a hunger bar of which you can get way more from cooked cod or cooked salmon. The novelty of tropical fish is how many variants of there are which are 2700 naturally spawning tropical fish unless you are in 1.15, 1.15.1, 1.15.2, or 1.19.4 which had black colored fish spawning thus raising the number of possible black colored fish to 3072 but it is not worth it getting all of them unless you are dedicated to it as I have tried and gotten all of the 2700 after a YEAR of going at it and with a rays work farm that I had to modify slightly to get it working 11:35 EXCUSE ME iskall?!!?! Have you not seen the Life series that Grian has been running for 5 seasons now?? have you not seen how people struggle for food in the start. Also did you you not watch the start of the Hermitcraft season 9?!?! like people were eating salmon for food!

I learned today that Iskall's opinions are wrong. I learned this the moment the tropical fish, also known as the bat of the ocean, was placed at B tier, because it made a slapping sound as it dies in a cave... which is a byproduct of failed cooperation between the world generation and mob spawning. At least the bat, which I too hate for its lack of point, is not just a useless variant of a useful mob.
