Honestly, that’s what I love about this channel. It inspires me to think more creatively with my builds and to not do the standard house in a plains biome build, but rather a base connected to the walls of a ravine, or the ceiling of a cave, or the side of a mountain!

I always build my houses inside mountains, I could try out some plains builds, but I feel like you need less talent to make a mountain build look cool than any other build :p

I nearly exclusively build my bases in caves, or mountains...in some way underground and still 'intend' to eventually make a place in the open.. Although I do try add to and build up towns (vanilla style) in my map.

@@TheMythicalSausage Yep, that was exactly my thinking. I would minecart them right into the trading hall, by way of removable dirt staircase/minecart rail. And if I was to do this, all of the villagers would be clerics, farmers, fishermen, masons and fletchers, for emerald generation. Since I have a full village already setup to be a librarian village.

I much rather build under ground or in a mountain and this gave me ideas to try out. I always had to figure out where to put stairs or ladders inside to get from one level to another, I had never thought of putting the stairs and walkways on the outside! I can't wait to try it out and see what I can come up with. My weak point is in how to texture and landscape things to make them look as amazing as you can. I loved watching that sheep bounce all over the place, I think it was a mountain sheep, lol!! It would be pretty if you put in just a couple beetroots so you could see the red through the fence.

This base is entirely badass. There are no weak spots here. In fact, I am in a position in my current realms game to make a similar base, or several of them, to suit actually all my needs. Because this base does not suit end-game requirements. But I can modify it to do so.
