Sky Bees 2 is a sequel to the origional Sky Bees modpack! The main generation of resources in this Pack is about Bees. It is a Skyblock style beginning, without sieving or Ex Nihilo. Till you get your first Bee and then you have to breed them to get all of the Resource Bees. Some Recipes are made a bit harder to make it a little bit challenging.

The way that the unloading mechanic of the apiaries reminds me of RTS games so much and I don't know why but I love that so much.

A regular plus sign works as well. You can also put a center block and a "ring" around it. Each corner would have two pollinating blocks on a diagonal. Lots of possibilities!

@@paulelderson934 Definitely, it's been a while since I played with this mod, I don't quite remember how I used to go about it, I just remember that I also used to put the blocks in the floor but not sure if I specifically followed some "visually pleasing" pattern.

Watching someone craft through multiple tiers of powah manually is almost painful. I can't without some sort of autocrafting, unless it's only one part.

If you end up killing more withers keep in mind that it's hitbox is 3.5 blocks tall meaning your cage needs to be one taller than it is. If it wanted to it could definitely get out right nlw

You should split each Apiary in to types, for example one for nether bees, metal bees, elemental bees and so on

But he describes why that idea kinda sucks right in the video... it only seems to allow one bee of a type to dump its load at a time... although knowing this mod, there's an upgrade for that.

There is more than one type of nether related bee, for example the quartz bee, soul sand bee, ancient debris bee and so on

I think that is what he did the last time he played with the sky bees mod. I would personally love to see it sorted by colour. Matching or gradients of colours put together, so it looks aesthetically pleasing.

Since you have steel you could move from the Pipez mod's item, fluid, and energy pipes to Mekanism's versions. Powah's charging poles do connect to the mekanism cable and since that version has a built in buffer the more cable is connected you could make a rudimentary battery. The only downside is how inefficient they are at the basic level but because you can use the different alloys on them in-world to upgrade them you could never have to tear down your transport network once made. Of course you need a metallurgic infuser and a pulverizer (or crusher) for the different alloys (obsidian dust can be made in the custom machinery crusher, refined obsidian is osmium poured onto obsidian dust out the smeltery, diamond dust for the second level alloy would need the pulverizer or Mekanism's crusher) but you get some pretty fast transport pipes and power cables.

if you put the storage upgrades in the drawer controller it expands the distance it can reach

The fact that you have to craft the dielectric rods from Powah from horizontal to vertical hast to be one of the stupidest game design decisions I've ever seen.
