If you want to build this in survival, assuming you have all the materials needed (5 stacks of wood logs, 3 stacks of stone bricks, 36 whool, 1 stack of cobblestone fence, few buttons) then it takes more or less an hour to build(just did it today in my survival world ). hope it helps

yea its an 11x11, its probably one of the harder buildings to make in survival, needs lots of scaffolding.

START WITH THE DOOR PLEASE. I always build your stuff and it ends up facing not the way I want it because you don't start with or point out where the door is!

Instead of upside down stairs I've just been using planks, blocks or standard stairs instead. It may not look the same but it does give a unique design until we can get the next update.

The church is basically the same thing but bigger (you might be thinking of a cathedral though) and the building thing is really all the same as madness' tutorial and your words. But isn't it obvious how to become a good builder? It's similar to playing an instrument, it comes with practice and creativity and looking up youtube videos on how to do it won't really do anything but to inspire you so go and practice :P
