Of course oldplucker I was running general 5 region all tones and lowering the first segment to quiet down the 1’s and 2’s Normal and simple profile Ferrous volume 3 Recovery 5 sometimes 4, in high iron spots 6 Upper ferrous limits 7 Lower limits 0 Sensitivity to suit your land but I’m happy on 28 Noise cancel and I don’t generally ground balance. No stabiliser or filter You will dig iron to start with and I’d recommend to just turn on the machine and go, start with a low sensitivity of around 22 to get the feel of the machine. When you get your ear in by calling the iron after you’ve dug loads of it you should click and be able to leave most stuff but deep targets can sound like iron but there will be enough info in the tones to make you dig. I’ve only just scratched the surface and it’s an interesting machine to learn! Happy hunting and good luck👍

Not sure, I’ve had this plenty of times with the D2 but first with the manticore. Only thing I havnt done is clean coil cover and it was a very wet field so something was going on.. a lot of big powerlines close by also
