I'm sorry for the late reply. I answered you from my phone but for some darn reason it never sticks. I have the colour Satin but I don't reach for it often because it's a little light. I'm always self tanning so I'd like to get it in a darker shade.

@@JulieMeikle right now I’m using the Make-Up Forever HD and it seems to be working well. That could change in a week!😂. Things just like to settle in my laugh lines and I hate it. I have wrinkles around my mouth and foundation loves to settle there. I know there is zero chance of keeping foundation from doing that so I am always looking for an option that will minimize it. I’m also contemplating throwing my five times mirror into a vat of hot lava…..I’m flexible that way.

You'd probably use the lightest ....I think it's 05 in the Fit Me powder. The next one up is very yellow!

It is in the higher range for sure. Especially in Canadian dollars. They do have refills though so that makes a difference. I'm not sure what the refill price is. I need to look.

I LOVE both the pressed and loose versions even tho they are not the same shades. Been using JI mineral powder for 30 years. I think I was one of their first customers. 😉 Love it as much today as I did then. I have maturing skin (yep over 50!) and still going strong. It actually looks beautiful on your skin. Have you checked out the Amazing Base? It is more sheer but more luminous and can be built up a bit. Just keep in mind the shades are not the same. I am a shade lighter in the loose (I am golden glow in pressed and warm sienna in loose this time of year). It really looks good on you!!! 🙂

I went with my bestie to her Dr. appt out of town, actually went shopping for the 1st time in a good yr plus. Spent too much $$$. Oh well, we had fun. Then we went to Aldi ( I’ve never been, and will never shop there) she bought so much, and the bags she brought, were packed so heavy. She’s older than me, so I felt like I had to lift the bags, which hurt me so bad. We had an hr plus drive home. Haha she drove 95-92 miles/ hr. I couldn’t get home fast enough, it put me down with my back. Whew. Calgon take me away. lol.

What a roller coaster of a day. I'm so happy for you that you were able to go shopping. You need the girl time and to feel some normalcy but I know you're body pays for the activity after. I hope her doctors appointment went well. You must have had fun to have lost track of time. I've never been to Aldi. I have to look it up. I feel very small town even though I've lived in big cities. When I lived in big cities, I didn't have the money to go shopping though. When I was in Toronto with my daughters and my mom, I looked at all the designer clothing and said "I'll own you one day.". I'm testing this idea of believing it will happen will make it happen idea.😃 Honestly, material things don't mean as much to me as my family's happiness and security. But a nice designer bag would sure feel good.

@@JulieMeikle hi Julie, yes her appt went pretty good. They are recommending Spinal fusion at L4-5 to help stabilize her lower back as well as cleaning up some arthritis. Not sure if she is going to go thru with it. I don’t think she will handle it well at all (post op recovery time) but I didn’t have the heart to tell her that. It’s a horrible surgery. I did enjoy so much, I’m ready to go do some more shopping. lol. I did not care for Aldi’s at all. I’m a name brand girl. lol and Iam still in so much pain from lifting the bags of heavyness. She packed 3 with so much, they were way too heavy. And I was looking at their prices and some of their items were more than Walmart. That’s me, when I worked, I made really really good money, but I’ve always been a bit Fugile. But if I needed or wanted something, I went and bought it. I did not use CC. I have always bought name brands. Especially my slacks, shoes and purses. lol. Hope your having a great feel good week

Beautiful look! I have clear brows so its hard to find a natural looking color to put in. Ugh but i have full brows. I should be grateful! I have mufe powder foundation and its beautiful but i only wore it once & now i just use it for touch ups. I need to try it again. I've never tried jane iredale yet. Maybe i will! I hope youre feeling well today. I get hot and start to sweat a lot and i think its autoimmune diseases? Fibromyalgia, sarcoidosis. Its all i can think of out of my illnesses. Thank you, Amy. Goodness, I thought I replied to you days ago. I must have been interrupted. Do you ever tint your eyebrows? I tint mine. I just did yesterday and I feel like I have a face again. My niece uses Just for Men Beard colour. It looks great on her. I'm not sure how long she leaves it on for. I should ask her. I use refecotcil. I do have autoimmune issues. This health journey of mine can just stop. I've learned my lessons from it, I've learned acceptance and to be grateful for what I have. Now I'm ready to let it all go. I wish it was that easy. How were you diagnosed with sarcoidosis? I just read about it. UGH. Is there any medication you can take to help your symptoms? How long have you struggled with all of this?
