Thank you by the Teachings! I hope them could help many other people! I see the example can be used for other works, as in my case in education! It has a lot of stress situation about indiscipline and results, but I think the solution is possible. Don't be too tight but accepting! Let's meditate on it!

You can try to accept a situation but you need to become aware of the body. When it gets stressed out, rapid heartbeat or breathing, because when the mind is not-wanting the body also is not-wanting and causes tension and stress hormones. So it is important to use mindfulness to relax the muscles and become aware of the body. Then when the body is relaxed, the prana can move freely and the mind will moreso as well accept difficult situations.

And also we should not attach to opinion of others wich is labelling people into "loser" or "winer" zone. Thing are changing, and people seem to not accept it.

Could you please do a video about meditation and chronic pain? I need some advice on this topic as I'm suffering since 12 years from pain in my lower abdominal without medical reason and no doctor can help me.
@ellenandmoon8 жыл бұрын
Thank you for answering me. That sounds like a good idea. Where I live (countryside) it is really hard/nearly impossible to find a yoga teacher at all. Would you recommend practicing by my own with books/videos?

ellenandmoon Please try acupuncture. It could be an issue with the prana in your body. Daily mindfulness to relax the body also helps.

I really find these videos extremly helpful to achieving a satisfied lifestyle. These videos keep me going strong throughout the day and allow me to not only reflect on my own personal problems but the way I see the world. I'm in the process of finding my true nature and riding my anxieties and suffering. Do you have any book, DVD or any media recommendations so that I can continue to learn about the knowledge you and many others have to offer? Thank you!

What if the job you need to do isn't only mentally demanding but also physically uncomfortable. Accepting isn't as easy as you think. For example jobs that put your life at risk. Breathing in toxic particles in your lungs, lifting very heavy things all day long everyday, or possible injury or death from unsafe work environments. I don't think its possible to accept that if you value your health or life. Please explain. Thank you

+Werewolf You're looking for what makes your job unpleasant. If you don't enjoy it, you can be pleased with knowing it won't last forever, eventully you can change your circumstances for the better, and find something you like to work with. But thinking negative, seeing all the problems making you unhappy, is not going to help. Do what you can do with the situation at hand. Try to wear better equipment to avoid the toxication, and instead of thinking how heavy or tired you get from the work, you're a man providing, and if you think positive while working, things will get easier eventually. You may not choose what you have to do, but you can choose how you react to the things around you, so stay strong, and keep going :)
