Louis Gardella - I am counting on Rinpoche’s teachings and meditation to help me change my life as well. I only discovered him three days ago. I am a bit calmer already. How long ago did you discover him, Louis? And has his guidance helped you? BTW, my grandma’s maiden name was Gardella! I think there was even a Louis in her family! Maybe just common names, but I find it fascinating!

I love him, he is such a delight. I am not well. No one can figure out what’s wrong with me. And sometimes I think I’m going to lose my mind if someone doesn’t help me soon. So, I am putting my faith in meditation, because I have nothing else left to put my faith in. I think I can find a way to be happy, even if I am not well, through meditation.

Happiness is indeed different for each individual. It has a personalized definition. The global idea is that everyone is looking for it. I believe happiness is a journey, ever changing - not a destination. Follow your values and your core and you will find it. Balance is happiness! And balance is found through self-awareness and compassion and love for others (meditation is a great tool to nurture this!)

Happiness is a state of mind. You are either happy or not. There will always be problems. When you are unhappy because there are obstacles in your path you will never be happy. "Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional" they say.

I am a student of free market economics.. Ludwig von Mises said that we all have a different history.. so different people respond differently to the same stimuli... my father taught reactor theory when I was in high school.. his take on this is we can't predict the behavior of atomic fission in individual particles.. it's mathematics.. so.. it's that history.. and the history of our neighbors that determine what happens to us, and how we feel about it.. I get happy reading books.. and listening to Yuongey T Rinpoche .. and.. I am finding it through meditation 🧘♀️.. thank you, sir 🙏I am your most humble servant Namaste 🙏Peace 🙏✌☮🕊

Within is my allowance of what I am without. 😁🙏 searching for happiness the searcher is a seeker and without what is to be found. Searching for happiness is happiness without allowing it. Go and find happiness. Take your happy self with you while searching. Search the world knowing that this world is a mountain lake mirror. Keep still and all of all can be found in the mirror‘s depth. Dig with your hands and the clear water gets muddy. Jump inside and the shores will send your waves hard back against your body. Seeker of happiness, you are seeking what you are. Take what is in you with you. Seek within. Allow happiness. Collect happiness. Find happiness with each realization. Re allie with what you are. Allowing . All owing. You are already the beauty you seek. Nothing to be done but realize the beauty of alternations. Within - without. Study to know, practice to remember, sit still to enter bliss. Talking to my self. May each and all have access to silence without and happiness within. May each and all know about happenings without and emptiness within. Breathe bliss in. Breathe bliss out. World breathes me. I breathe world. Aoum 🙏 Home 🥰 Long healthy blissful live and all wishes fulfilled 😁🙏🥰 Acknowledge. Can you find, what is not? Can you seek, what you do not lack? Can you lack, what you do not remember? Is not all but remembered? Nothing comes nothing goes. Life is life. Be it with all your senses. Be sensible. Angry seaker - angry finder. Happy seaker - happy finder. Horrified seaker - horrified finder. Blissful seaker - blissful finder. You are what you are. Naturally light and blissful you decide to de side and watch from without as if you were the mirror looking at you finding you too flat. You mistake a mirrored perspective for a self. A tiny glimps must be the whole of all time and space. 😁😀 oh bliss of kaleidoscopic beauty 🥰☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️🌿🌼🌿🌼🌈🌈🌈 🌑🌒🌗🌖🌕🌔🌓🌘🌑 Words grasp being where there is waves and dots of change. If words grasp being, let your words be causes of smiles ☺️😁😄 Then those smiles sow words of bliss. Circles of happiness. Waves are ocean searching for water. Silence is home ≈ dome ≈ om ≈ { } ≈

Nikhil Sukumar I think he is saying: Happiness comes from within, not from depending on outside stimuli. It comes from knowing yourself truly and from having outward love and compassion.
@tinakelly42847 жыл бұрын
Nikhil Sukumar real happiness is developed from within ourselves. Things we look for outside of ourselves only give us pleasure for a short time. We have to learn the the difference between happiness and pleasure.

Happiness is what you essentially are, if you don't experience it, you experience your mind too much. Happiness is NOT an experience, it's Self. Experience come from the 5 senses and thought plus emotions, would a master say happiness comes outside of us? To find happiness elsewhere? nope.

why yogis and buddist dont Support marriage that much??
@KevinCease7 жыл бұрын
muck segler because they choose to devote their entire life to practice instead of try and work to support a family
@idstersha7 жыл бұрын
Hi.they never said they don't support it . Marriage is a union . Its needed where people need each other because they can't be alone . Their goal should be to spiritualy evolve together till they are less attached and need each other less .after which they can still be together but with no attachment instead with true love for all and not only each other . Looking at gurus did they need this union ?well there are some that are married but they have been renounced since and nevertheless they still live together but their love is universal ...I look at marriage as a means to continuing my life in my spiritual and happiness pursuit ....marriage is not a must .it should only be done cause you need it . Unfortunately we're brought up to believe something else ...
@craig77156 жыл бұрын
Monks know how to be truly happy, they have been about longer than jesus Christ so I assume their methods have been tried and tested millions of times over. A happy mind does nt need anything to complete it. They don t look for external stimuli. They believe attachment is a form of suffering one of the biggest forms. So by attaching oneself to one person for the rest of their life would be considered a form of suffering. Please look at the bigger picture. Buddhism is all about the mind its more science than religion. They believe that pleasure is a very subtle form of suffering. Basically if u go out and buy the new iPhone tommorow it would cause u suffering in one way or other. So if monks and nuns were to encourage marriage they would be encouraging suffering. Monks being monks and nuns being nuns they would nt wish suffering on anyone.
@chilay67443 жыл бұрын
Afterall Gautama the Buddha was married and he left that very night his son was born to seek enlightenment from old age, sufferings and death. And he found that Nirvarna the state of Nothingness genuine peace with no single attachment is achieved only through meditation. I had read about a person who had reached a certain high level of meditation and he saw himself.,his body , was just all particles , nothing else.

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name (Jesus) John 1:12 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12
