Your approach to it is so relaxing and fun. I bought my drone almost two years ago and really get stressed trying to fly it. Too much pressure being in central London If it’s not a prohibited zone, it’s the neighbour, or the birds… trying to control light and settings… you make me see there’s more to it, I can think as a flying camera ❤and learn to just enjoy it. So just continue what you are doing, as it has been great following your journey. I am enjoying it with you… composition is always challenging due to all the other variables, but as you say… it has to be on top of the list… so I am working on it… thank you for everything. It’s refreshing and fun watching your videos and knowing that I do not have to be the fastest drone pilot or fly the longest to create great images. Lots of love and great energy to you❤

Man that night footage is really fantastic, Ted, for someone who doesn't do it much it looks all pro! I've had the Mini 4 Pro in my arsenal for a while but it wasn't until I wrecked my Mavic 3 Pro and needed a backup as I was waiting for the replacement that I really got a chance to play with it. Was also very impressed at its Night Mode feature, the drone feels so much like a small toy that I was hesitant but ended up loving the results, so I use it pretty regularly now.

I absolutely love the scenes (3:08) you shot of you cruising down the lit roadway. Also appreciate you doing the saved route to capture the transition from day to night at 4:48.

Use Cruise Control instead. In fact, you can "stack" inputs with the sticks and just keep pushing the cruise control button each time, and it updates the movements. It even gives you a "Cruise Control Updated" notice on your screen each time you press the cruise button. You can make it as simple or as elaborate as you want. Easier than focus track and, in my opinion, much more usable. Give it a try.

I've owned my Mini 4 for a few months now and being the Tech-Retard that I am, I've had a difficult time really mastering the features of this drone that I find most useful. On top of all of that, I rarely get a chance to fly it. I bought it to take on my short bike-ride fishing trips. So far I've only been able to do that about three times in the past few months. I've been developing a way to use my Mini 4 Pro so that I can use it on a DIY gimbal setup. So far it's worked out as I'd hoped. Now I'm just waiting on some metric screws to come in from China so that I can mount my 3D printed Mount to the back of my controller. I know it's hard to picture from my poorly articulated description but, I will now be able to use my Mini 4 Pro without flying it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/anLFZ6h6i9CLgbs

Waypoints = "micro improvement?" 360 degree obstacle avoidance = "micro improvement?" Seems like somone's rationalization is in overdrive.
@TedNemeth5 ай бұрын
hey Ernie. Everything is relative. To me….waypoints is not important at all. And my personal experience with the obstacle avoidance in my Mini 3 is that it’s useless. It does not actually work in about 90% of flying instances. Adding sideways obstacle avoidance in the Mini 4…it still doesn’t work in Sport mode. It still will not detect small branches and cables. But to you Waypoints and some features might be a big deal. In the beginning of the episode I stated the episode is not an exhaustive test….its just my opinions based on me kicking it around during some real world tests. I am NOT the Gerald Un-Done of drones.
@frankdecock27357 ай бұрын
Who cares about the Mini 5 Pro. The 4 Pro is a terrific drone. It's just that our politicians (I'm a citizen of the European Union) are really limiting the sites where we can fly our drone without having problems. Anyway, as far as your video edit is concerned: to my liking, this so-called cinematic greenish post-process look makes one look... unreal. Sorry, no offence meant... but it's not real. It's not even 'artful'. As a photographer, I prefer true and natural colours. No fancy lut that gets applied... And in this video, I actually prefer the mini 3 pro's night mode result to the mini 4 pro's one, which I think is a wee bit overexposed. But hey, all this is just my 2 cents...
